In this episode of The Lady Palace Podcast we interview the divine Jane Hardwicke Collings, who is a midwife, teacher, writer and menstrual educator. Jane is an agent of the goddess, helping women remember the importance of being connected to their body and their menstrual cycle,
Jane gives workshops in Australia and internationally on mother and daughter/ spiritual practice preparation for menstruation, and the sacred dimensions of pregnancy, birth and menopause. Jane is also a co-founder of Hygieia Health a Not For Profit with a mission to create free-standing birth centres and fund homebirth.
This was an incredibly important episode where we discussed how to claim back our sovereignty as women and teach others how to take back their power. In a world where freedom is a luxury, we chat about how this is our birthright through all of our phases of life. From our first menarche, to our first sexual experience, pregnancy, birth and menopause, these should all be on our terms. It is our responsibility as a collective to fight for and protect women’s rights of passage and keep them sacred. We hope you enjoy!
