President Donald Trump and his administration just violated ANOTHER federal district court order! This time, Donald Trump deported about 300 Venezuelans to El Salvador (to their notoriously violent prison) and to Honduras. Trump claims they were members of the Tren de Aragua Venezuelan gang and that their deportation was justified under his use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. Therefore, through Executive Order on March 14, 2025, the Executive Branch has tapped this war-related Act to deport hundreds of illegal immigrants outside of the normal immigration laws and procedures, and without due process of law.

Join our Constitutional scholar and our full-time practicing attorney for Part 2 of our series on Trump's defiance of court orders as we delve into the language and intent of the Alien Enemies Act, whether its use is constitutional, whether the President must follow court orders, and whether the country is now in a "constitutional crisis." How will Trump's actions in this matter affect future actions by the Executive Branch, is the US President subject to any court orders, and is there any court remedy or sanctions if Trump actually defied and disobeyed the court order?

Grab a glass of wine and join our legal team for this fascinating look into the President's actions defying court orders as we break down the continuing power struggles among the three branches of government for this week's hottest national legal news, uncorked, with attorney Virginia Tehrani, Esq., and our constitutional expert, Dr. John R. Vile.
