What are the actual constitutional limits on a United States President's power to enact trade agreements, issue tariffs, and pardon anyone he chooses to pardon?

In this episode, our legal team explores President Trump's powers, his exercise of powers, and what, if any, of those recent powers that he's exercised actually belong to Congress instead of POTUS. We also review the recent case decision by the United States Court of International Trade in V.O.S. v. United States in which the International Trade Court rules against Trump's tariffs. The only place to appeal this decision is with the United States Supreme Court.
