Do you feel like your ergonomics aren’t great? Or better yet have you invested in ergo loupes and a saddle stool but still have pain? Your “poor” ergo isn’t what you think it is. It’s really just muscle weakness.  Just like brushing and flossing go hand in hand, so does strengthening and ergonomics! We need to correct our imbalances by building our weak muscles to have a balanced body. Then, as a result, your ergo will naturally improve and you won’t even have to think about it. Listen in to hear how to build muscle and improve your ergo at the same time:)

Stay Strong,
