Do you workout but still have pain? Is your goal to be strong and healthy? Well in order to achieve both of these, we have to make sure we are working out efficiently. We can’t just do the same program or the same exercises over and over. On the other hand, we can’t switch up and do different workouts every day or every week. Both of these are signs you're NOT working out efficiently. Don’t waste time and energy just going through motions, move with purpose and intention.
