I recently spoke at a retreat run by Primal Instincts which was all about helping men reclaim their health, purpose and clarity.
On the first night, the men shared their story on why they were at the retreat and some of the stories were very heavy, sad and touched my heart.
They were also really inspiring that despite what these guys had gone through, they hadn’t given up and here they were, investing in themselves to step their life up.
I pulled aside 3 of the guys to interview them on my podcast, what they share is real, raw and it’s going to make you realise that you aren’t alone with whatever problems you have going on.
