In fact, I took a lot of big leaps in my career as a dancer and coach BEFORE having evidence or solid confidence.

I say you can also gain confidence by activating a couple of things from within, TODAY!
And then show up much more powerful, regardless of the outcomes.
This will serve you for life.
And yes, despite my abundant dance and TV career and 10 years of coaching, I still have bouts of self-doubt. But I have become stronger in this realm because I have felt the depths of despair and self-doubt. So I can tell you it doesn't have to be this way, or something you have to hold your breath and do anyway.
It can be easier, and you can show up more confidently today.
