On this episode of The Mental Society, Today I am joined by Joshua Shea.

He and I discuss how pornography can impact relationships and create unrealistic expectations of what sex and intimacy look like in relationships.

Joshua is a pornography addiction expert, certified betrayal trauma coach, therapeutic disclosure specialist, and author.

Joshua focuses on the trauma partners feel when learning their loved one has an issue with pornography and promotes the idea that porn addiction spans all demographics and that those with a problem should seek help before it’s too late.
