In today's episode, I had a chance to speak with an absolute genius in the green industry- Mike Andes.

For those of you who aren't aware, Mike owns an 8-figure green industry franchise, owns to software companies for the home-service industries, and has a massive following on social media, and is known for his much-needed point of view of profitability versus growth in our industry.
