I am Andrea Welsh, LPN CHPC, a dedicated health center consultant with over 16 years of hands-on experience in nursing: The Good, The Bad and the Really Weird. I have been at the bedside and in the boardroom. I understand the challenges health centers and their CEOs face. I am passionate about creating solutions that make a difference in how a center operates so that it serves patients who deserve the best care, really taps into staff resources and makes a difference. My mission is to bring humanity back to health care, one center at a time by giving leaders the tools they need to improve patient outcomes with data literacy, streamline operations through document efficiency, and create a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
