A friend recently gave me a book 'How to Read a Book: a Novel.' Such a catchy title! The book was great -- it proposed this concept of 'meanwhile.' Yes, there's a narrative arc to any story (and our lives) but perhaps what's even more important is what's going on off on the sidelines -- meanwhile. So, let's chat about 'meanwhile' today!
Thanks so much for listening! I love helping people change (and improve!) their perception of their lives -- aka find more JOY.
