Brock is an up and coming coach in New Zealand and has gained some serious success in his short career at Fencibles and Eastern Suburbs where Suburbs won the inaugural National Women's League. Brock has been lucky to see his career progress under the tutelage of the likes of Kane Wintersgil, Marty Rodwell, Brian Shelley, Chad Coombes and Stephen Hoyle and sat down to talk about the coaching journey, player development and the what he learnt coaching women that has influenced how he coaches men. Brock talks about the important role coaches play in the lives of players and gives us a couple nuggets for up coaches plying their trade everywhere.
