In this episode we talk about the pros and cons of having a property management company on board helping you through your journey. As well as that, we look at the pitfalls of what can happen as an independent landlord, some of the benefits of taking on your own journey, as well as what it means for your tenant, dealing with either you as a landlord, or dealing with a property manager.
