Mom guilt is something that every working mom has experienced at one point or another. We feel guilty that we work too hard. Or that we don’t work enough. We feel guilty that we aren’t present or that we aren’t productive enough.
It can be heavy and it can lead to anxiety, overwhelm and burnout. OR it can be a friend that you use to guide your behaviour.
