This week I talk to the founder and head chef at The Side Biscuit, an Ann Arbor staple focusing on wings and biscuits! Their food impresses every single time I try it, and I loved it so much I had to pay my compliments to the chef live on the podcast!
Jordan details beginning the business during the early months of lockdown and how his origins in Buffalo, New York, led him down the trail of wings he continues to blaze today.
