The third Gospel in the New Testament is the Book of Luke. It is widely acknowledged that the author, Luke, was a companion of Paul and is also the author of the Book of Acts.
The book chronicles the ministry of Jesus of Nazareth with significant detail bringing Luke acclaim from historians throughout the centuries.
In the first eight chapters, Luke takes us from John the Baptist, Jesus' birth, the temptation of Christ by the devil, the calling of His disciples and his early ministry.
