The latest outrage of the doomsday cult formerly known as the Democratic Party is due process. Despite the fact that it seems strange to associate the Constitution with that party, given their preference to ignore the founding document, they are very concerned that illegal immigrants facing deportation are given proper due process.
In this short episode, I review the concept of due process and see if/how it applies to non-citizens generally and non-citizens subject to deportation specifically.
