A warehouse worker Passed Away at work, Production Continued. This Is delicate topic for me; for many reasons.  "I don't want no Smoke." Im just Stating The Facts; with a little story on the side.

My Grandmother has been spending some time with me. The stories she has been telling me have been hilarious. Back in the day, parents didnt play. These are her stories. I encourage everyone to chat with their grandparents. They have stories better than a podcast.

This episode will explain the tile. It’s a series of events, situations, stress and death.Every story is a different situation. It is deliberately all together in one vs a multiple episode series set up. It illustrates how mental health comes at you all at once. It’s been a while. You might need a coool drink as they say in the south.

This Christmas felt so different with adult children. I had mine hosting at her house. I had one bring they boo to meet us. These kids are grown now. Im still learning from them.

This holiday season has been less than cheerful. The helpers need help. We have more work than workers. The constant demand is stretching us 12 hard hours . They Killing Us. I almost didn’t make it.

Unbelievable Events that led to yellow tape around the parking lot. All this happened within a 20 min break. I’m third party with a great insight on this one. Don’t leave before the happy ending. I can’t make this stuff up. I wish I was lying. 🤥

At some point you come to reality of your age. Hopefully. As an adult there’s a few things you are absolutely responsible for. Knowing when to let it go & When & How to get your point across.

this Year I decided to talk about the seasonal work/workers. This batch is different. 18 &19 year olds. This is their first job. What I see on a daily basis is basis is unbelievable. I’m usually too busy to podcast. My job is the podcast this year. The work force has changed.

Every one wants to be recognized in life and especially at work. That pat on the back, that everybody clap for so and so. Today they call it flowers; The youth says get your flowers who you still living vs your Funeral. This episode we talk about how being promoted among friends. The challenges that follow, examples of what could happen, my own story that did happen, and one Currently unfolding. Somebody Needs To Hear This.

I was in my feelings today. As I unpack and look at my pictures I think about the money I spent vs the value. I’m not impressed. I need some Customer  Service. My recent cruise was less than expected. I just want my money’s worth.

It’s been forever since I went cruising. Get comfortable while I catch you up. Tell you about my recent cruise to the Bahamas.

Today’s Message is not intended for any specific age group. Like a bullet it has no name on it. A quick introduction to an Understanding. The things you noticed but didn’t understand. Well, I have learned so many Lessons. This episode offers Perspective, based of my personal perception. Once you Understand, you will know where to stand. that’s  the plot. The zig zag of events was like a Tubi Movie. This probably the most interesting Content Presented here. An unbelievable series of events. If I typed it you wouldn’t believe me. The story just kept unfolding.
