Hey sis. Well, here it is. The final episode of Season TWO for the podcast. It has been such a blessing to be in your ear buds this year, and it means the world to me, when you let me know what is landing, what you are loving, and where you are feeling challenged so that we can riff about it. The podcast will be back in 2025 - and WITH interviews. Gosh... I've been teasing it forever. But for real, it's happening. There are so many incredible women that I can't wait for you to meet... but for now. MERRY CHRISTMAS and it means the world to me that you pop in each week for a little pep-talk. My highest intention with this podcast is to hold you accountable to your dreams, to becoming the best version of you, to prioritize your happiness and well-being AND do your best to create harmony as a wife, mama and ambitious woman. So for now... I will leave you with the final episode of 2024 until we are back again soon! N xo

Cardiac Cowboys
The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
