• Listen to your internal compass.
• Lead with your heart.
• Love, compassion, and then accountability.
• Crave the success of others. 
• Tell the truth in a way that is not divisive.
• Instill Hope...the promise that there are brighter days ahead.

 

I have been blessed to weather many storms and thrive in a very difficult chapter for many in leadership. I am always willing to help reflect on approaches to help leaders continuously improve.
