We discussed balancing work and family life, the importance of continuous learning and exploration in their our, and the value of connecting with clients on a deeper level through various techniques. The conversation touched on different modalities, including craniosacral therapy, Rolf movement, and meditation, emphasizing the importance of understanding underlying principles and adapting approaches to meet individual client needs.
