Aus der Erfahrung wissen wir, dass man öfter mal dieses Gefühl verspürt. Und die Astronomie lehrt uns, dass es nur ein wirklich wahres Ende gibt: das Ende des Universums.
Wie wird das aussehen? In welcher Form endet das "Drum herum", unsere große Heimat? Mit einem Knall? Mit einem spektakulären Feuerwerk? Die Antwort ist: ganz in Ruhe. Der Wärmetod ist vielleicht der größte Zen-Zustand überhaupt. Warum wird irgendwann einfach nichts Neues mehr geschehen? Und wie lange haben wir noch?
