We are taking a look at "A Quiet Place" this week, a 2018 sci-fi/horror/thriller and a sensory experience. It sees a family struggle for survival in a world invaded by blind alien creatures with ultra-sensitive hearing.  

A big part of Disney's big run in the 90's, this week we look at "The Lion King". An iconic Disney animated movie that has lived on through a number of sequels, a 3D re-release,  a live action remake and massively successful stage musical.

Based on the massively successful book by Dan Brown, this week we are taking a look at 'The Da Vinci Code'. Ron Howard directs this 2006 adaptation that sees Symbologist Robert Langdon inspect a bizarre murder. But he soon comes across a religious enigma protected by an age-old secret society.

In 1992 Quentin Tarantino burst onto the scene with a movie that kick started his career as well as changing the modern landscape of movies as we knew it. It all started with "Reservoir Dogs", join us as we discuss Tarantino for the first time and this great filmm he debuted with.

In 1993, Disney released 'Cool Runnings' the story based on true events of the first ever Jamaican bobsled team. It's a funny and heartwarming ride that was a massive hit at the time, take a listen.

This week we are looking at the 2020 directorial debut from Emerald Fennel "Promising Young Woman". This follows a young woman haunted by a traumatic past as she navigates forgiveness and vengeance. 

It's finally here, after Lee and Adam arguing many times about it, we are looking at Kathryn Bigelow's 1991 action movie "Point Break". Let's all live to get radical. 

This week is a Sally pick, in 2006 "Little Miss Sunshine" was released to much critical acclaim and Oscar nominations. We take a look at this comedy/drama that has a stacked cast and a lot of emotions in it, hope you enjoy.

This is a special episode, a listener pic and a movie near and dear to Lee's heart. 1998's "Rounders" sees a fantastic cast tell the story of a reformed gambler, going back to playing poker when his friend asks for his help.

This ep was recorded due to the tragic passing of the amazing Val Kilmer, he did many great films but this was a big one and one he is fondly remembered for. It is 1988's 'Top Gun'.
