Dr. Susan Landers is a retired neonatologist, speaker, and author of "So Many Babies: My Life Balancing a Busy Medical Career and Motherhood." She has vast experience practicing neonatology in the NICU for thirty-five years and is an expert in physician burnout, having suffered through it personally, and published articles about burnout. Susan's expertise as a full-time working mother is typical having survived many childhood and teenage challenges with her own kids. Together with her husband, she raised three children to young adulthood. She understands and can easily speak about the problems of today's working mothers.
