Oh No! I Missed Beltane, Now What? This episode includes some Energy Channeling in Honor of this Season. I also go over how we need to give ourselves compassion whenever we do miss some events, we would really like to participate in but are too exhausted or busy to be able to do so. There are ways to still include celebrations and rituals in our lives, even if not on exact dates. It is OK for them to be smaller when needed as well so we are not overwhelming ourselves. Give yourself the Permission to be fluid and reduce the emotional labor we feel already, daily.
