Dr Marine de Guglielmo Weber est chercheuse à l'IRSEM ( Institut de Recherche Stratégique de l'École Militaire) au Ministère des Armées françaises. Docteure en Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication, ses travaux portent sur les pratiques de modification de la météo et du climat. Elle est également auteure de deux livres sur la géo-ingénierie.
On discute de ce que la géo-ingénierie pourrait apporter… et des gros dangers qu’elle cache, pour le climat et l'avenir de nos sociétés.
