The Flyers and Sixers were both swept out of the second round of the playoffs, but they did earn a little redemption on their way there. Steve attempts to focus on the positives as we look toward the offseason for both teams, and looks forward to the attention shifting to the Phillies, who just so happen to be in Pittsburgh this weekend. The sports calendar has shifted to April, another one of those exciting times of transition that only occur a few times a year. Baseball and soccer are just getting started. Hockey and basketball playoffs are on the horizon. The NFL draft is practically here already. Steve is back with some insights on all of it, plus updates on all the Philly teams. An oldie (but goodie) beer of the show helps to balance it all out.
In response to the previous podcast about trying to turn around the negativity in the Philly sports universe, Steve received a great email from a listener with some stats to back it up.
