Attorney Generals James and Bonta state these services as deceptive acts or practices and false advertising that may lead to health risks for women. Glessner describes the details of NIFLA's defense of Free Speech and claim that pregnancy centers should be able to provide expecting women with education and options when considering the two-drug protocol of mifepristone and misoprostol to end a pregnancy.
