Looking back there is a few very pivotal lessons I wish I didn't have to learn but I am so thankful to share them with you today.
These are the top 5:
1. How does your foster child's behavior reflect on your parenting.
2. Chronological age vs. emotional age.
3. Your feelings are valid.
4. Being authentically you.
5. Putting your family first.
There are so many more lessons that I learned but these five that are foundational to the journey you are now on.
After you listen to this episode, I would love for you to head on over and join our inner circle of foster and adoptive mamas. Our Facebook group is your gateway to valuable resources and connection.https://www.facebook.com/groups/fostercareandadoptionforchristianwomen
Thank you for being here. Go grab your cup of coffee and let's dig in.
XO-Christine Marie

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
