Have you ever hesitated when you knew God was calling you to act? Maybe it was speaking up in a meeting, addressing a team issue, or saying “yes” to an opportunity you didn’t feel ready for.
I’ve been there. And I know this: delayed obedience is often disobedience.
Today, we’re going to talk about that—about obedience in leadership, and how to take three practical, biblical steps that will help you stop hesitating and start leading boldly in obedience to God.
For many of us as female Christian leaders, being disobedient isn’t about defiance, it’s about fear.
Fear of getting it wrong. Fear of what others will think. Fear of stepping out without knowing the full plan.
But friend, God is not looking for perfection. He’s looking for a yes. Obedience is less about having all the answers and more about having the willingness to follow.
