Till spricht über die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede zwischen seinen beiden Tätigkeiten als Führungsperson bei der Baloise und als Sidepreneur, also in der nebenberuflichen Selbständigkeit. Er sagt, wie wichtig es ist, dass wir - egal wo - jeweils schnell ins „doing“ kommen. Einfach mal machen (spoiler alert: Es könnte ja gut kommen!).
Zudem spricht er über Kaizen, eine Lebens- und Arbeitsphilosophie aus Japan, bei der er es um schrittweise, kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse geht, und darüber, was das mit Intrapreneurship, also dem Startup-Spirit in Unternehmen, zu tun hat. Und mit dem Kinder ins Bett bringen (yep, you can be an intrapreneur at home, too!).
