Heute hörst du nochmals unser Gespräch mit Sina Meier. Sina Meier ist seit über 30 Jahren im Finanzsektor tätig. Heute ist sie Schweiz-Chefin von 21Shares, einem Unternehmen, das kleine und grosse Anleger:innen in die Krypto-Welt begleitet. Davor arbeitete sie bei verschiedenen Banken in der Schweiz. In dieser Folge erzählt sie, weshalb sie so gerne im Finanzbereich arbeitet und welche Strategien sie sich als Frau in der Männerbranche angeeignet hat (spoiler alert: having three older brother helps a lot). Immer wieder hat Sina in ihrer Karriere Neues ausprobiert und gibt Tipps, wie wir solche "Mutproben" im Alltag üben können.
