With each breath, feel the gentle unraveling of the weight you’ve carried.

As you inhale, draw in peace, and as you exhale, release the worry that doesn’t serve you.

Feel the burden lifting, like soft clouds drifting away, leaving you lighter.

Trust that in this moment, all is well, and you are free.

Release the Weight of Worry

I release worry and allow peace to flow through me. I trust that everything will unfold as it should. I am calm, centered, and free from anxiety. I let go of what I cannot control. My mind is clear and my heart is at peace.
