There is no doubt that we were made for community and connection. Having friends and, especially, that one close friend to pour your heart out to is truly a gift. But sometimes, we can sabotage the friendship most dear to us without realizing we're doing it.
In today's episode, I'm sharing not as someone who has it all figured out, but rather as someone who has made the mistakes and learned the hard lessons (and continues to learn). I've managed to put a lot of unnecessary stress on relationships that began as something beautiful. I've also seen God transform those relationships and make them whole again.
I believe that friendships are one of God's greatest gifts to us. I hope you are experiencing the fullness of that gift.
