On today’s episode I’m celebrating my 60th Birthday on November 7th by talking passionately about age, seasons of life, goals, mindset, health, exercise, and enthusiasm for life at any age!
60 years of life-lived is pretty amazing! Some good years, some not so good. But all stepping stones and learning tools for the story God gave me for my life. I wouldn’t change a thing because it’s my story that makes up who I am today. I’m truly thankful for the gift of life every single day. My hope is to enjoy these next many years with excitement, anticipation, energy, good health, and enthusiasm that I get to live out the passion the Lord gave me to help be a tool in changing the lives of others to THRIVE as they age ACTIVELY & POWERFULLY!
