First things first...if you want to hear the kickass intro-protest song in it's entirety, make sure you stick around past the end of this episode...
So! In this episode, we get riled up about Labor Day and the organized labor movement in the good ol' USA. We're going to talk about what Labor Day is about, what we celebrate and why, and who it was that made it happen. Labor Unions in this country are vital and it's something everyone should be talking about.
The song I used for both the intro and outro is a version of "Company Store" by Greg MacPherson, covered by The Small Glories. Check them both out...Canadians know how to craft a damn good protest song. Burn it down, boys! Also, I'm not making any money using this song so I hope it's ok!
Please reach out with any questions, requests, or comments you have. I respond to everyone and look forward to whatever you have to say. Write me an email or send me a message on Instagram, and I'll get back to you!
