חסמי כסף הם כמו קירות בלתי נראים שמקיפים אותנו,
שמונעים מאיתנו להשיג שפע כלכלי.
אלו אמונות מגבילות, דפוסי חשיבה שליליים והרגלים לא בריאים הקשורים לכסף,
שנוצרו בדרך כלל בילדות שלנו ומושפעים מהסביבה, המשפחה ומחוויות העבר שלנו.
חסמים אלו יכולים לבוא לידי ביטוי בפחדים, באשמה, בהרגשה של חוסר מספיקות,
בקושי לקבל מחמאות על הצלחות כספיות, בהימנעות מניהול הכסף שלנו
והם כמו תוכנות מחשב ויראליות ישנות שממשיכות לרוץ ברקע, גם אם אנחנו לא מודעים אליהן,
שמפריעות לנו להצליח כלכלית.
דוגמאות לחסמי כסף יכולות להיות
- קושי להרוויח כסף: לא להאמין שמגיע לי, קושי לבקש כסף או לדבר עליו.
- קושי לשמור על כסף: בזבוז אימפולסיבי, קושי לחסוך, תחושה שהכסף בורח בין האצבעות
- קושי לקבל כסף: הרגשה שלא מספיק מגיע, או אי נוחות לקבל מתנות או הנחות.
הבנת החסמים היא הצעד הראשון להתגבר עליהם!
