גיא ייצג את ישראל בריצת המרתון באולימפיאדת הנכים בבייג'ין כמלווה לרץ עיוור מלידה, ובהמשך הוביל אותו במסע אל הר האוורסט, ההר הגבוה בעולם. בן דור ייסד את קבוצת הריצה הראשונה בישראל לאנשים עם מוגבלויות, ואת ארגון 180° – ארגון חברתי המסייע לאנשים עם מוגבלויות להשתלב בחברה באמצעות פעילויות חינוך וספורט. אוהב לקרוא כמעט על כל נושא שבעולם, לטייל, לרוץ (מוקדם בבוקר) ולישון כשאפשר
