זה לא פרק לאמהות בלבד, וגם לא פרק להורים בלבד! הספר מתאר חזון אישי כל כך מושך, של היכולת להיות בשלווה, בחוכמה ובאהבה כלפי כל מי שסביבנו וכלפי עצמנו. האמהות או ההורות היא מסגרת צמיחה מאוד אינטנסיבית אבל מה שאפשר לקחת מהספר קשור ביכולת שלנו להכניס מדיטציה גם לשגרה עמוסה, להשפעה החיובית שלנו על מי שקרוב אלינו דווקא דרך דרישות והצבת גבולות (קארמה) וגם על שיפוטיות. הספר מאוד מומלץ אבל גם בהאזנה לפרק תוכלו להיחשף לכמה מהרעיונות המעניינים שעולים בו, ואולי אפילו לאמץ משהו לחיים.
