تو این اپیزود قراره به یکی دیگه از ابعاد صمیمیت یعنی صمیمیت روانشناختی بپردازیم. اگه یادتون باشه، تو اپیزود قبلی درباره‌ی صمیمیت عاطفی حرف زدیم، ولی حالا می‌خوایم وارد لایه‌ای بشیم که تجربه‌اش شجاعت زیادی می‌خواد؛ یعنی اینکه خودِ واقعی‌مون، با همه‌ی ترس‌ها، زخم‌ها و خاطرات ناخوشایند، توی رابطه دیده بشه. این نوع صمیمیت آسون به دست نمیاد و زمان می‌بره، اما وقتی شکل بگیره، پایه‌ی محکمی برای یه رابطه‌ی موفق رو می‌سازه. قراره هم صمیمیت روانشناختی رو بیشتر بشناسیم، هم یاد بگیریم چطور بسازیمش و مهم‌تر از اون، چطور حفظش کنیم.
