توضيحات : دو سوگرایی به معنای تجربه همزمان احساسات مثبت و منفی (مانند عشق و نفرت، جذب و دفع، یا تمایل به ماندن و ترک) نسبت به شریک عاطفی است، فرد دوسوگرا در یک کشمکش درونی مداوم قرار داره و نمیتونه به یک نتیجه‌گیری قطعی در مورد رابطه برسه، این حالت مثل اینه که یک پا در رابطه داری و یک پا بیرون ازش و در این اپیزود به بررسی پدیده دوسوگرایی (Ambivalence) در روابط عاطفی می‌پردازم پس اگر تو هم درگیر این هستی که همزمان هم میخوای در رابطه بمونی و هم اون رو ترک کنی، این اپیزود برای توست
