Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom — but we will be changed. In a moment. In the twinkling of an eye. At the last trumpet. Paul closes this great chapter with a mystery revealed and a taunt unleashed: O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory? The last enemy has been destroyed. This Sunday we stand at the end of the story — and hear what it means for Monday morning.

What kind of body is a resurrection body? Paul meets the skeptic's question head-on, drawing on seed and harvest, earthly and heavenly, the first Adam and the last. What is sown perishable will be raised imperishable. What is sown in weakness will be raised in power. This Sunday we sit with one of Scripture's most remarkable promises — that the body matters, and that God intends to redeem it fully.

Christ is risen — and that changes everything about the future. As the firstfruits of resurrection, his rising guarantees ours. Every enemy, including death itself, will be placed beneath his feet. But this isn't just future theology — it has present weight. How we live, what we risk, and whether we hold on all flow from what we believe about what is coming. This Sunday we consider what it means to be truly immovable.

Some in Corinth were quietly denying the resurrection of the dead. Paul's response is unflinching: if there is no resurrection, everything falls apart. Faith is empty. Sins are unforgiven. The dead in Christ are gone forever. Paul pulls no punches because the stakes are total. This Sunday we examine what is actually riding on the resurrection — and why denial is never a small thing.

Before Paul can talk about resurrection, he has to nail down the gospel itself. In the opening verses of 1 Corinthians 15, he hands the Corinthians back what was handed to him — a gospel of first importance, rooted in history, confirmed by witnesses, and powerful enough to transform even the least likely of apostles. This Sunday we ask: are you holding firmly to this gospel, or has it slowly lost its footing in your life?

Where is all of this headed? We’ll end by fixing our eyes on the promise that God is bringing us to completion—with great joy—and how that future shapes how we live today.

What does God’s generosity look like? This week we’ll see how the gospel begins with a God who gave everything for us in Christ—and how that becomes the foundation for our own generosity.

As believers scatter, they carry the gospel into new places. In Samaria, the message of Christ brings joy, healing, and transformation—but also exposes counterfeit faith. This passage shows us the power of the true gospel and the necessity of discernment, reminding us that the Spirit cannot be manipulated and that genuine faith always leads to repentance and submission to Christ.

What appears to be a devastating setback becomes God’s means of advance. Persecution scatters the Church, but it cannot silence the gospel. This brief passage reminds us that God often uses hardship to propel His mission forward—and that suffering never has the final word in God’s redemptive plan.

Stephen’s powerful testimony traces God’s faithfulness throughout Israel’s history and confronts hardened hearts with the truth of Christ. Though rejected and killed, Stephen’s death is not a defeat—it is a testimony to the risen Christ standing in glory. This passage challenges us to remain faithful even when obedience leads to suffering, trusting that God is at work beyond what we can see.
