Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's the b and Jay replay, and of course you
get extras, including today's Skyvibe Report from the sky Vibe
podcast professional astrologer Thomas Miller.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Thomas, what's the vibe today?
Speaker 3 (00:11):
Yesterday I mentioned that the moon was in Scorpio for
the full moon. Today it moved into the next sign Sagittarius,
and that's the party zone of the sky. So while
we're being a little extra cautious through the day, you
can also look for the party and wherever you find it,
go there today. And if you can't find one around you,
well do what you and Billy do every morning. Just
(00:34):
make one. That's the vibe to lean into today. Light, fun,
happy and playful. So find those who want to play
with you like that.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
Find me. I'm always up to play.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
You can hear the whole podcast at the sky Vibe
Podcast free of the iHeartRadio app or wherever you get
your podcasts. Make sure you make our station on the
iHeart app your number one pre set, and just search
out sky Vibe Show with Judy Diamond and Thomas Miller.
Speaker 4 (00:58):
I got a phone call a couple of days ago
that I've he'll been grappling with my brother Gary who
lives out near Los Angeles, got the same phone call
from an attorney in Florida where Judy. Apparently, we are
part owners in land that my grandpa had and left
to his two kids. That would be my dad and
(01:20):
my aunt his sister. Okay, they each got twenty five
percent of the land. His wife at the time, because
he was remarried, got the other fifty percent. Right. Well,
Apparently my dad before he passed, he gave his twenty
five percent to his sisters so that she would have
fifty percent of the land. Okay, right, he had a
document drawn up it's her. So now two people have
(01:43):
fifty percent and fifty percent of this land in Florida,
which by the way is in Naples. I love Naples. Right.
They have now since decided they are going to sell
the land because a developer has reached out to them
and wants to buy the land.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (01:56):
The document that my dad had drawn up for his
sister giving her his twenty five percent is trash. It's
no good, and so he won't pass the mustard. So
because of that, my brother and I each own half
of his twenty five percent, and they can't do the
deal without our signatures.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
Oh, twelve and a half percent.
Speaker 4 (02:18):
You all now, it was apparently my dad's last wishes
to leave his twenty five percent to a sister her
when my brother and I are going well, now, hold
on a second, because we don't know anything about the land.
This could be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars for
a developer who wants to put some massive project down
bry for sure, what do you do? Do you go ahead?
(02:41):
And and by the way, one of our biggest frustrations.
It wasn't like my aunt reached out to us to say, hey,
this is the situation. We got a phone call from
an attorney. He got the information from her, but she
said nothing to us about it.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
That's weird, right guys. It a fight or something.
Speaker 4 (02:57):
No, we haven't talked to her in like twenty years.
Maybe they're trying to do something sneaky.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
Uh huh sounds like it.
Speaker 4 (03:04):
Do you sign away your rights to this land that
you didn't know you had to the ant you never
talked to, or do you dig deeper and find out
what this project is all about and maybe your signature
is worth something?
Speaker 1 (03:17):
Okay, then I'm the last person you should ask, because I'm.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
The daughter of a bunch of lawyers in my family.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
And I say, you do not sign a thing until
you look in every nook and cranny.
Speaker 4 (03:26):
The problem is then I think about my dad's wishes
when he signed that over, which.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
Was to ge. Wait, go back, because now I'm confused.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
Yeah, he drew up a document signing his percentage over
to his sister. But the document is trash. It's no good.
Apparently whatever he did he did like drew it up
online and just printed it off and then signed it
over to her. It doesn't work. So that's why we
got the property.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
Well but so, but I think your dad would want
you guys to have it.
Speaker 4 (03:56):
But he signed it away to his sister.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
Well he didn't know any better.
Speaker 4 (03:59):
Then. This is the pickle that I find myself in.
And while I love Judy, I really need your input.
I need your thoughts on this one. What would you
do in this situation.
Speaker 2 (04:09):
I'm not a real lawyer, just my family is. I
only play like one.
Speaker 4 (04:13):
She only plays one on the radio. Just call right
now and give me your thoughts on this now. There
is the call now button on our Billion and Judy
Facebook page. You could even leave like a talkback message.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
Yeah, it's the free iHeartRadio app you should have already downloaded,
just like being in your radio bank.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
Is your number one preset.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Apparently Philadelphia and Pittsburgh topped the list of most UFO
sidings in Pennsylvania. And this is two hundred sidings since
nineteen ninety five, in Pittsburgh landing at number two on
the list behind Philadelphia.
Speaker 2 (04:43):
The alleged Kechsburg crash.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
Of nineteen sixty five happened apparently in Pennsylvania.
Speaker 4 (04:49):
I did not know that. I would have thought it
would have been somewhere more rural, since it would be darker,
easier to see them up in the sky.
Speaker 2 (04:55):
That's what I've heard.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
But you know what, where they're at, I will find them.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
That is the d with us. Philly and Judy.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
Can't even believe we haven't talked about the fact that
you and I Judy made our way over to news
channel five KSDK. I think it was last Friday. You
and I shot ourselves a little television commercial.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
The funniest part was I, as usual, I got lost
and it was so embarrassing because Rannie, who's over there,
goes I knew it was you when he sees me
lost out front, so people probably thought it was us
going back and forth right in front of the studio.
Speaker 4 (05:31):
You finally did make your way there, and we shot
a couple of commercials. We shot one that was promoting
the fact that you could on a thousand dollars with
a thousand dollars pay day. And so I mentioned this
because that's going to start airing today.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
Ooh, so if you see it, we'd like just let
us know and what you think.
Speaker 4 (05:48):
We haven't posted the video, so our boss, Libby fantastic,
We love Libby. She sent us the email of the
updated commercial. I can't figure this is how old I'm getting.
I can't figure out how to get it off my
email so that I could share it like on Facebook
and on Instagram and all those platforms.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
There's a little spot where it says a download, dude.
Speaker 4 (06:08):
You do that, dude, Judy's going to post it now
so you can see what I'm talking about and watch
for it. Anybody, if you see it, let us know
that you saw it on television, so that we can
make sure that we're getting what we paid for.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
Now, if you were to really watch our socials, you'll
see a sneak peek on where I had to step
on boxes for it.
Speaker 4 (06:25):
Yeah, Judy's auto pedestal as always, all because we want
you to win some money.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
Yeah, one thousand dollars payday. What would you do with
that money? We hope spend it wisely. The long awaited
next installment of the Creed Story is coming in the
form of a series.
Speaker 2 (06:41):
Michael B.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
Jordan, who is just hot, hot hot as a writer, director,
and as outlier Society, are set to produce what's called
Delphi I think I'm saying it right for Amazon Prime Video.
This show takes place at the Delphi Boxing Gym and
focuses on young athletes athletes who populate the ring.
Speaker 4 (06:58):
I'm embarrassed to admit I've never seen Creed, and I've
heard that it's fantastic. I don't know why I've never
watched it.
Speaker 2 (07:04):
I know it's something I need to see that.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
My brother and I get a phone call from an
attorney in Florida. My dad, who has passed, was left
on some land by his dad along with his sister.
They each got twenty five percent of this plot of
land in Naples, and then my grandpa also left the
other fifty percent to his wife. Now that's gone down
to a grandchild, so grandchild from my grandpa on the
(07:28):
one side, fifty percent, my dad and his sister the
other twenty five or twenty five fifty percent makes sense, Yep.
Before my dad passes, he signs over his twenty five
percent to his sister, so that she has half of
the land. Apparently, whatever he drew that up on trash
no good. They're trying to sell the property now, come
to find out, because that paper was no good, my
(07:49):
brother and I each own half of his twenty five percent.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
See of twelve point five.
Speaker 4 (07:54):
Percent, they can't sell the land unless my brother and
I sign off on land that we didn't even know existed.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
But now we're going they have the laws they do.
Speaker 4 (08:03):
Now we're going. Well, now, hold on a second, what
is this land? What is it worth? It's in Naples,
that's expensive stuff there, and a developer wants to develop it.
What does he want to put on there? Should we
just sign this away because it was my dad's wishes
or should we look further into this?
Speaker 2 (08:17):
And of course when you got the call.
Speaker 1 (08:19):
From the lawyer that about signing, was there any kind
of an amount?
Speaker 4 (08:25):
Nothing? And he was very elusive about the whole thing.
And then a final thought. When my dad signed this
over to his sister, he was basically on his deathbed,
and it even basically says in the form that he
drew up he was talking in parentheses about how much
he hates cancer and so forth. So was he of
sound mine?
Speaker 1 (08:45):
But very good question, and I still think that you
need to look into it. Don't just sign away everything.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
Billy hold on, Tina.
Speaker 5 (08:52):
Well, your story sounds like a John Grisham novel, I.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
Know, totally.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (08:58):
Actually I'm reading one that's trying to sort.
Speaker 4 (09:00):
Of like that right now, What would you do in
this situation?
Speaker 5 (09:04):
Your dad was really serious about giving the land to
your aunt, he would have hired a lawyer to do
the paperwork correctly.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Yeah, I know, That's what I said to Billy, And
Billy said, no, my dad wanted to save money.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
He was always doing things like Yeah he was so apparently.
Speaker 5 (09:21):
I would you and your brother need to hire an
attorney to look into this.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
Yeah, definitely need to find out more about the property,
like what it's the value of it, and like who
who's the developer who's buying it? What do they want
to put on there?
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 5 (09:33):
Yeah, just exactly like I'm reading right now.
Speaker 4 (09:38):
Do I end up dead in the end of it?
How does it work out for me?
Speaker 5 (09:41):
What happened?
Speaker 1 (09:42):
Then?
Speaker 5 (09:44):
I'm not to that yet.
Speaker 4 (09:46):
Great, great, appreciate them, but as always, you know we
love you listening. Now, get out of here and have
a great day.
Speaker 2 (09:54):
You took too, Okay.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
I think you need to add in there that to
this story that you haven't talked to your aunt over
twenty years or your brother.
Speaker 4 (10:02):
Yeah, I got reached out to. I got a context
by an attorney, not by my aunt. I don't know
where do you stand on this one. I'd love to
hear your thoughts.
Speaker 2 (10:09):
Wait a second, what about your other brother? Isn't he
saying where's mine?
Speaker 4 (10:12):
He's trying to do the big close here, we got
to get to the googlebuster question.
Speaker 2 (10:16):
Sorry about that.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
Yes, please leave a message on our iHeartRadio talk back feature.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
All right.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
I know it's two weeks away, but Memorial Days expected
to break records over the holiday, with over forty five
million Americans hitting the road or taking to the skies.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
That means you need to prepare.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
For long lines at airports and lots of cars on
the roadways.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
Plan ahead and just remember he's safe.
Speaker 4 (10:38):
On May twenty sixth, you're planning to head out for
Memorial Day and weekend? Are you sticking around?
Speaker 3 (10:42):
Well?
Speaker 1 (10:42):
I was going to, but now after seeing this, I
think I'll stay at home.
Speaker 4 (10:45):
Yeah, I need too. None rms like this, But I
received a phone call from an attorney in Florida. My
brother and I apparently own twelve point five percent each
of a plot of land that my grandpa bought years
ago in Naples, Florida. He left it to his then
wife and then his two children, my dad and my
(11:06):
dad's sister. My an't my dad is since past signed
off his twenty five percent to his sister so that
she would have fifty percent of the land. But before
he died, he apparently tried to save money, probably did
something he felt online. It's no good in court. So
that land that to twenty five percent of his goes
to my brother and to me.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
Yes, so they and they can't do anything. Whinston prog
They can't do anything unless you all agree it.
Speaker 2 (11:31):
From what I understand, my aunt.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
Thought she owned fifty percent, and then my grandpa's grandchild
from the other wife owns fifty percent. They were going
to sell that land to a developer. They can't sell
it now until my brother and I sign off. We
sign away our twelve point five percent each. We don't
know anything about the property, what it's valued at, who
the developer is. We have questions. But then the other
(11:54):
side of me is thinking, well, if that was my
dad's last wishes on his deathbed, how do I not
you know, just follow along with his wishes, which would have.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
Been great had your aunt reached out to you herself,
But instead, after not talking to him for twenty years,
she gets a lawyer to me, that's just I don't
know what you what.
Speaker 4 (12:11):
Would you do if you were me in this situation.
We do have a talkback message. We actually have.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
Several one hundred percent look into it. Property is at
a premium right now. Don't just sign it off. If
your dad he wanted his sister to have it, but
he didn't, I'm sure he didn't know what was going
to happen, so just to sign it.
Speaker 5 (12:29):
Away would be a waste.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
Definitely look into it.
Speaker 4 (12:33):
And then my brother says, thank you, by the way
for the message. My brother, who's obviously involved with this,
also he says, well, maybe dad signed it his percentage
way to her because he wanted to keep it in
the family. Maybe he wouldn't like the fact that they're
trying to sell it.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
I was thinking that exact same thing.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
And imagine if he knew Jack and Max, I mean,
wouldn't he, you know, want them to have it.
Speaker 4 (12:55):
By the way, Jack and Max, my kids will be
his grandkids. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
Man.
Speaker 4 (12:59):
There By the way, my other sound so many levels
to this, and that's why I came to you asking
for your advice. What would you do in this situation?
Speaker 1 (13:09):
You could leave a message like we've had a ton
of them right now on the iHeartRadio app, make us
your number one preset hit that talkback mic.
Speaker 4 (13:16):
Did you say it's the one second sale? Is that
what you're talking about? The one I'm kind of confused.
I'm completely confused by this life hack.
Speaker 1 (13:25):
No, no, no, it's the one second used car hack
that could save you thousands. So here is what takes
one second when test driving a used car. Don't just
check the exterior, watch the dashboard. When you started, the
check engine light should briefly flick on and then turn off.
If it doesn't come on at all, be suspicious. Some
sellers literally remove or disconnect the bulb to hide major
(13:47):
engine issues.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
Oh my gosh, I would that would get them in
serious trouble if they got caught doing something like that.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
Yeah, I mean I thought that was interesting. He says.
Why it works.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
Cars run a self diagnostic each time you start them,
so if the check engine light never illuminates, it's either
the best car ever made, doubtful, or someone's hiding a
mechanical mess.
Speaker 4 (14:06):
I've known people who will take a car for a
test drive, especially a used car, and then they'll drive
it over during their like test drive to like their mechanic,
to have them look it over before they make that purchase.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
This is what my brother, who we call them gearheads
back in the day. I don't know if they still
call them that sure, but that's what he would do.
All every car I bought as a teenager sixteen that
I always paid for it myself, and he said, let's
take it to a good mechanic.
Speaker 4 (14:30):
Always a good idea. And I don't think that's offensive
to call people gearheads. Okay, thank you, I got it.
Speaker 2 (14:36):
It was nice.
Speaker 4 (14:37):
Those gear heeas that you made fun of in high
school are the ones who charged you thousands of dollars
now to work on your car.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
Hey, I got a lot of gearheads interested in me
because I had a four fifty seven Indred inch Chevy.
Speaker 2 (14:46):
Here, that's just for the back of it.
