to work out with some positivity.So something you're celebrating good news, Maybe
something happened this past weekend, youwant to share it with us. For
example, I had a fantastic coupleof hours over at Worldwide Technology Raceway leading
up to the Craftsman Series truck raceon Saturday. Always awesome when we could

take the show out of the roadand get to hang out with the peeps.
That is my favorite part of doingour job actually, And it's funny
because we were in the midway.There's so much gore gun there. I
didn't even get to the races book. You know, I'm not really a
race person, you know. Sometimesfor me, going to the race is
kind of like going to a Cardinalsgame. I don't necessarily even have to
go inside a bush stadium. Justto be there around the atmosphere is what

I love. And it was exactsame thing when I'm at Worldwide Technology or
Raceway. I could just stay therein people watch all day long. I
totally agree with you, and drinkthe margaritas an eat food is always fine.
All those were good margarita's, sothat's kind of so quasi our good

on Studio STL noon and then it'sNico Yoga by Nico and she's a local
gal and she's phenomenal. Went toschool, grew up here, did sports
at after high school. When Iwant to continue sports, what do I
do? Got into yoga. Nowshe's in the millions of followers, so
it's really neat. He knows thatmy brother was just in town like a
couple of weeks ago last week.He actually owns a yoga studio in San

Diego, and he was so impressedwith the yoga here in Saint Louis.
It's amazing and she does a lotof freebies. So I have the link

he just out of the blue.He brought me flowers and then we go
to this little craft bear in SouthCounty and he bought me like I bought.
I was buying myself things and hewas paying for them all I didn't

was just really nice. I thoughtthat was nice. A nice weekend for
Judy. While she was doing that, I was watching baseball all week in
long Congratulations to my son Jack andhis Little Tiger's Orange team. It came

in seconds in the Camo Classic.They lost to one of his buddies,
Hugo and the Bombers. It waslike sixteen to fifteen the five in the
championship game. Such a great gameyesterday, Great job Jack. Is he

the kids are out all of thesecamps, we've got a soccer camp at

Best news I have had in along long time. I just managed to
retire after twenty eight years of teachinghigh school and nothing meets the retired life.
No more crazy kids, no morelesson plans, no more parents to

pretty fantastic news for Tom. Ilove that. Congratulations to Tom, and

I mentioned that my son Jack,My good news was that his baseball team,

the Tigers, came in second inthe KME old class that was in
Alton this weekend. They lost tothe Bombers. So you know that I
do the announcements for the walk up, you know, so now batting number
seven, Jack Greenwood, and thenyou know, they play the song for
him, Yes, and the kidsgets picked the songs. Here's the funny
thing. The boys gets to picktheir walk up songs, but if they
lose, then the parents gets pickedtheir songs for the next game, which

is always foun point to the wholestory though. After the game, Sharon
Prosda Prosida and Sarah Feine I thinkthat's right, came up to me and
recognized the voice from the walk up. She's a big listener of the show.

you should be washing your bed sheetsonce a week. And they say mainly

in your bed, that's one thingyou don't want in your bed, right,
And if you think about it duringthe summer, you might not think
out and sweat today because you don'twork out, but if you were in
the heat, you sweated. It'son your body. My oldest son Graham
and now my middle son Jack.They both have horrible allergies, and so

they were told to take a showerevery night before they go to bed.
Otherwise you bring all of those allergenswith you into the bed and then you're
just rolling around it an old night. It just makes it worse. Exactly
this year, the allergy season ishorrible. So you're supposed to wash bed

them. So if they're always theside by side dishes of the plane and

now. Not a big fan ofthose, either ready or not. Judy

Diamond, Pumpkin spiced Eminem's first offplants was anything already? Now it's too
early? Why are now? Itseems like somebody like there's always a company
every year that tries to rush tobe the first with the brand new pumpkin
spiced something, and they keep doingthis earlier it's not even officially summer yet,

and we're talking about pumpkin spiced mand ms. The Mars Company announcing
they're launching the new pumpkin pie flavoredM and ms. They promised to be
a blend of pumpkin spice flavors andof course the milk chocolate shell, which
just to me sounds a little odd. It's odd, and here are six
months away from Christmas. Come on, people, give us a break.

No release date has been announced forthe new fall candy, however, the
Mars Company says the M and mswill be out in stores in time for

I'm really moving with the VR setter, sitting in front of a computer or

son Max on PS five, thenew Baseball game, and I was sitting

on the couch and he was sittingside by side with me. But every
time he would pitch, he wouldjump up and be bouncing up and down
