(00:00):
Happy Monday. Speaking of Happy Monday, we thought it'd be nice to start
to work out with some positivity. So something you're celebrating good news, Maybe
something happened this past weekend, youwant to share it with us. For
example, I had a fantastic coupleof hours over at Worldwide Technology Raceway leading
up to the Craftsman Series truck raceon Saturday. Always awesome when we could

(00:20):
take the show out of the roadand get to hang out with the peeps.
That is my favorite part of doingour job actually, And it's funny
because we were in the midway. There's so much gore gun there. I
didn't even get to the races book. You know, I'm not really a
race person, you know. Sometimesfor me, going to the race is
kind of like going to a Cardinalsgame. I don't necessarily even have to
go inside a bush stadium. Justto be there around the atmosphere is what

(00:43):
I love. And it was exactsame thing when I'm at Worldwide Technology or
Raceway. I could just stay therein people watch all day long. I
totally agree with you, and drinkthe margaritas an eat food is always fine.
All those were good margarita's, sothat's kind of so quasi our good
news from this past weekend. Thequestion is what's yours? Yep, you
want to hear from you? Eightsixty six two four five fifty nine fifty.

(01:04):
It's just like paying it forward.Paying it forward with good news helps
other people. Are you into astrology? Do you know your son signed?
Do you care? Maybe you're askeptic. It's Judy Diamond with a new
podcast called The sky Vibe Show. And even if you are a skeptic,
there are practical tools and uses. Here's a little sample. This is how
you can use astrology in real life. When the first thing you say is

(01:25):
I feel like there's this a littlebit of conflict between us, the scorpion
throws its little tail up and itsays, yes, and if there is,
I'm going to always win. Putthe lioness roars and the scorpion stings
and out in the in the wild. It's like that lion looks down at
that little scorpion and r and thescorpion hits the lion on the nose and

(01:46):
the lion goes running in the bush. Yeah, exactly, practical use of
astrology. One, Oh what I'mtelling So what you do is you diffuse
all of that. Want to findout more from when to get married or
have a baby too, should youmove or not? Duff? Even religions
as history and astrology, just fascinating. You'll learn so much and it really
has changed my life. Subscribe tothe sky Vibe the podcast and it's free

(02:07):
on the iHeartRadio app or wherever youget your podcasts. And thank you orning
of the questions so difficult you shouldbe able to google the answer, No
prize. Unfortunately, by the way, we're one O three point three klu
we'll get yelled at if we don'tsay that part. That's true. No
price for grabs. By the way, I met Chris listener Chris when I
was at Worldwide Technology Raceway over theweekend. He said he listens every morning

(02:30):
for the google buster question, andyou know what his favorite part is?
What when you get it wrong andI get to buzz you. Oh,
I thought I was gonna say whenhe said, I said the day also
incorrect, Judy the question. Halfof Americans who sell their homes to take
this along with them. What isit? Oh, you've done this question

(02:55):
before it and I haven't even looked, but I'm going to say life bulbs,
son of them. I don't evenget to buzz you on that one.
You've done that one a lot.Well. Sometimes I like to bring
back a goodie just because I thinkit's funny that half of us yank out
all of the light bulbs from thefixtures when we sell our house in a

(03:16):
movie. Isn't that hilarious? Well, but you bought those new fancy ones,
wouldn't you take those? Yeah?Yeah, if you have smart bulbs
for sure. My parents when theygot divorced, it was such an ugly
divorce. My mom got the housebefore my dad moved out. He took
all of the plates off of theoutlets. Oh, it was also embarrassing.

(03:38):
Bryan Adams song there was from RobinhoodPrince of Thieves. I think I
was trying to remember which one.We had this conversation one time. I
would love to know the percentage ofsongs we play on KLOU because they're primarily
out of the eighties some nineties.I wonder how many songs we play are
from soundtracks from fantastic movies. Outof the eighties and nineties. Best soundtracks

(04:01):
of all time was from the eighties. In my opinion in ninety two,
but definitely the eighties. Your favoritesoundtrack, Judy, of all time.
I would have to be dirty dancingevery single song on that album. Oh
that's how I feel about The LostBoys, Believe it or not see?
And I never saw that movie. We should do a show on that sometime.

(04:21):
Well, let's do it today. That's too late, that's too much
work. You want the best love, you got the best the morning,
No in the Wow. That's Billywith Why and Judy with I. Welcome
to Monday Morning, where Judy andI have been talking about, you know,

(04:45):
how challenging Mondays can be, andwe thought, well, let's start
it off on like a good note, like a positive note. So what
we're gonna do on the show thismorning is we're gonna share good news.
I have some good news I wantto share in just a few minutes of
big event that took place this pastweekend. I know the Judy who,
by the way, is going tobe jumping in here just a split second,
she has some good news she wantsto share as well. So we're

(05:05):
gonna do that. But we wantyou to share your good news too,
So something maybe that you had happenedthis past weekend. Something able to celebrate
with us, use that talkback featureon the free iHeart Radio app, or
you can always just go old schooland call us. We're very chatty.
Eight six six two four five fiftynine fifty eight eighty six six Billy Judy
is our number. Speaking of goodnews, we're gonna be unveiling the lineup

(05:28):
for this year's iHeart Radio Music Festivalback in Las Vegas, presented by Capital
One. It's going to go downat the T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
So we'll have that announcement Judy tomorrowmorning at seven, and then we'll
tell you how you can win atrip there on us before you could buy
those tickets, and then you cantake one of us because we can't go

(05:48):
for free, like you're reading mymind now. We'll talk about that on
the show today as well. Andas always, I deliver a question so
difficult you can't even google the answer. Hen's why we call it the Google
buster. And I have not lookedyet. I know you posted on Facebook.
Yeah it don't look because a coupleof people, including that darn Dawn

(06:09):
already has it right, So don'tsneak a thick at that. As you
said, we'll do it at aboutseven forty. Judy Diamond, are you
prepared to spill a little tea?I am. I have it all going
and reading, but I'm not gonnatell you what it is yet. Ah.
It's a big secret. All right. Fine, we'll get to that
after the news you need for thisMonday, June the third, the news
fueled by newfound Saint Louis nationally known, locally owned, mostly cloudy, maybe

(06:29):
a stray shower. Today, Heiyear ninety Mexican media outlets are reporting that
Claudiac Shinebaum, a Jewish woman, has been elected Mexico's new president. The
report started trickling in less than anhour after polls in the country closed,
giving the country their first female presidentin their history. By the way,
more than thirty candidates for various officeshave been assassinated during the current election season

(06:53):
in Mexico. Yikes. Ryan Blaneyran out of gas with fewer than two
laps remaining in yesterday's Enjoy Illinois threehundred, that worldwide technology raceway that paved
the way for a teammate, AustinSyndric, to win his first race since
the start of the twenty twenty twoseason at Daytona. Congratulations to Austin Syndric.
Make sure you check your gas gaugenext time. And the Cardinals one

(07:17):
in ten last night against the Philliesfive to four, your final. That
is the news you need. Nowwe spill the tea with Udd. I
don't know, Billy, if you'veever heard of LED red light therapy.
Now I've heard it for years andI've used it with my esthetician for facials
and stuff. But it is gettingso much trend for homeopathic style uses for
everything from heart issues. I havea friend who has heart rhythmia and apparently

(07:41):
this is helping it. Now.Of course, ask your doctor before you
do any of this, but thisis getting huge trends and now it's all
over. They even have LED acnetreatment patches on Amazon. What is that?
What does that mean? Is thatlike you use the light on.
I don't understand it. You sitin front of a red light basically with
these sunglasses on, and something inthe light works with something in your skin

(08:01):
and deeper. It's very interesting andI thought I got to bring this to
the party and see if anybody elsethat's used LED therapy besides their face.
The only red light I would actuallylike. I suppose I would have started
to your work week. Judy andI are sharing good news. I love
sharing positivity and it started with Fridayafternoon into Sunday. For me, Friday

(08:22):
afternoon I got to do one ofthe most fun episodes I have on Studio
STL, the Live Entertainment, whenI spilled a tea live with Chelsea and
we did some yoga. I thoughtI saw the post on social media.
It was you and two other people, wasn't it. Yeah, so the
co host or got to the host. The host is Cheryl Haynes. She's

(08:43):
on Studio STL noon and then it'sNico Yoga by Nico and she's a local
gal and she's phenomenal. Went toschool, grew up here, did sports
at after high school. When Iwant to continue sports, what do I
do? Got into yoga. Nowshe's in the millions of followers, so
it's really neat. He knows thatmy brother was just in town like a
couple of weeks ago last week.He actually owns a yoga studio in San

(09:05):
Diego, and he was so impressedwith the yoga here in Saint Louis.
It's amazing and she does a lotof freebies. So I have the link
on the video, which I thinkI will. I think I shared.
If I hadn't, I will. And then then on Sunday, this mystery
gentleman that you've kind of met before, which we don't know, names Richie
rich. Is that what you're sorryabout? Yes? Yeah, yeah,

(09:26):
he just out of the blue.He brought me flowers and then we go
to this little craft bear in SouthCounty and he bought me like I bought.
I was buying myself things and hewas paying for them all I didn't
want him to. That's because he'sRichie Rich, because he's sweet. It
was just really nice. I thoughtthat was nice. A nice weekend for
Judy. While she was doing that, I was watching baseball all week in
long Congratulations to my son Jack andhis Little Tiger's Orange team. It came

(09:52):
in seconds in the Camo Classic. They lost to one of his buddies,
Hugo and the Bombers. It waslike sixteen to fifteen the five in the
championship game. Such a great gameyesterday, Great job Jack. Is he
deal with the season? Then? No, No, that was just a
tournament. They're never finished now.And now add to that, because all
the kids are out all of thesecamps, we've got a soccer camp at
a baseball camp both starting today. You have to bring up Camp Greenwood one

(10:16):
of these days. It's very funnystory. That's the good news from our
fronts. What's going on in yourworld? Share your good news with us
this morning eight sixty six, twofour, nine fifty eight. The nineties,
Judy is always saying, we tryto make your own Monday a little
less mundane, and so we thought, in honor of that, Judy,
we share good news today. Yeah. You know this is research shows that

(10:37):
when you share something positive that itactually really helps the person that you're sharing
it with and the collective. Judygot flowers and her new bow. Richie
Rich bought her a bunch of stuffthis weekend. That's always good. Yeah.
Yeah, I was surprise my sonJack's Tiger's team came in second in
the Camo Classic to those darn Bomberssixteen to fifteen. That was our good

(11:01):
news this weekend. As well.We got this talkback message from Tom.
Best news I have had in along long time. I just managed to
retire after twenty eight years of teachinghigh school and nothing meets the retired life.
No more crazy kids, no morelesson plans, no more parents to
deal with. Say a little passiveaggressive there at the end, But that's

(11:22):
pretty fantastic news for Tom. Ilove that. Congratulations to Tom, and
that's what it is all about. You could do the same thing eight sixty
six Billy Jude, you know histopic of retirement there. I never really
thought about that, but now thatI'm fifty one, I still have ways
to go, but I'm really lookingforward to it all of a sudden.
Isn't that weird? Are you kiddingme? I think be born. I

(11:45):
think every time my alarm clock goesoff at three every single morning, I
think about retirement. Yeah, you'llwant to go out sleeping in every single
day. So that doesn't couch sometimes? She does? I do. Yeah
again, if you want to shareyour good news, well us we'll get
those messages on you that talkback featureon the free iHeartRadio app. Judy Diamond,
speaking of news, I have somenews you need. I'm going to

(12:07):
spill the tea on who Tom Cruisewants to be with next. Now it's
the news you need for this.Monday, June, the third Mexican media
outlets for reporting that Claudia Shinebaum,a Jewish woman, has been elected Mexico's
new presidents. The report started tricklingin less than an hour after polls in
the country closed. That would givethe country the first female president in their

(12:28):
history. By the way, morethan thirty candidates various offices assassinated during the
current election season in Mexico. RyanBlaney ran out of gas with fewer than
two laps remaining oh No. Inyesterday's Enjoy Illinois three hundred Worldwide Technology Raceway
that paved the way for his teammateAustin Sindric to get his first win since

(12:48):
the start of the twenty twenty twoseason at Daytona. Congratulations to Austin and
congratulations to the Cardinals who one inten. Last night we beat the Phillies
five to four. That is thenews you need. Now we spill it
to with Judy d Well Well Well. Tom Cruise reportedly is spitting with none
other than Angelina Jolie and he believesit's you know. An insider says that

(13:11):
she could be his perfect match, admiring her intellect and non conformity to Hollywood
expectations. I cannot imagine that shewould get together with Tom Cruise only because
of the scientology thing. I wasthinking the same thing. But then again,
look what she was She the onethe Billy Bob. What was this
the blood file? Yeah, soI mean I think she changes for her

(13:33):
man. So I don't know. We'll see, We'll see if she takes
Tom Cruise's off her positive Judy startto Monday and the work week. Yeah,
because last week was a short week. This is long railer work week.
We'll getting to the beginning of summer. We need to smile. So
I mentioned that my son Jack,My good news was that his baseball team,

(13:56):
the Tigers, came in second inthe KME old class that was in
Alton this weekend. They lost tothe Bombers. So you know that I
do the announcements for the walk up, you know, so now batting number
seven, Jack Greenwood, and thenyou know, they play the song for
him, Yes, and the kidsgets picked the songs. Here's the funny
thing. The boys gets to picktheir walk up songs, but if they
lose, then the parents gets pickedtheir songs for the next game, which

(14:20):
is always foun point to the wholestory though. After the game, Sharon
Prosda Prosida and Sarah Feine I thinkthat's right, came up to me and
recognized the voice from the walk up. She's a big listener of the show.
Oh wow, that's crazy. Sothen I saw a post on my
Facebook page when I posted, youknow, the results of the game after

(14:41):
the fact, she said, yep, I'm the creeper who came up after
the game. Good game, kids, excited. Great to hear you on
the radio. Oh kids, excitedto hear you on the radio. Soon.
But there was so much fun onaw. Well, what's your kids
names? Do you remember? Shedidn't tell me your kids' names? And
they beat my kids, so youknow, still good for your kids.
Caitlyn has some good news she sharedwith us via the talkback feature on the

(15:03):
free iHeartRadio app. Something good isthat my grandparents are having their sixtieth playing
anniversary this weekend. We're going togo celebrate them and I can't wait to
do it the game. How aboutthat sixty years that's awesome, that's amazing.
I love that. Congratulations to Caitlin'sgrandparents. There you go, you
want to share your good news withus again. Eight sixty six two four

(15:24):
five fifty nine fifty eight, andit's always it's so important you'll remember that
number. Judy's right. Coming upis a question. It's so difficult.
You should be able to google theGoogle d be able to talk. I
can't talk google Buster questions all theway about seven forty now we spill the
tea with Judy D. So there'sa lot of talk about Ben and Jen,

(15:45):
Ben Affleck and j Low being nottogether. So I guess I don't
know if they were trying to provesomething. But yesterday they were at a
basketball game for Ben's son Samuel, and there was they were smiling, and
pictures of them blowing each other airkisses while cringing each other outside of the
YMCA. Jen and Ben didn't holdhands the entire game, So what I

(16:08):
and I didn't realized this, butI just read that she is desperately trying
to save the marriage and that heBen Affleck, he's apparently done, like
he is the one who wants tojust move on. I thought it was
the opposite. No, I thinkyou're right. I think you are right
on the trend and will be followingit. Let you know, because it's
fun to know these silly things. And that is the team that's Billy and

(16:29):
Judy. I don't know. Threepoint three klo you sharing your good news
again if you've got something you wantto pass along. Eight sixty six two
four five fifty nine fifty eight Howoften, Judy Diamonds would you say you
wash your bed sheets once or twicea week? Really you do that that
often? I do? I knowwhy because think about it when you sleep,

(16:51):
your desk and cells and all thatare the suff that just it's gross.
Yeah. Uh, they've done anew study on this. I mean,
this isn't really going to be abig surprise, but they say that
you should be washing your bed sheetsonce a week. And they say mainly
because of dirt, sweat, andoil. They see that those three things

(17:11):
invite micro organisms into your bed.And of all the things you don't want
in your bed, that's one thingyou don't want in your bed, right,
And if you think about it duringthe summer, you might not think
out and sweat today because you don'twork out, but if you were in
the heat, you sweated. It'son your body. My oldest son Graham
and now my middle son Jack. They both have horrible allergies, and so

(17:34):
they were told to take a showerevery night before they go to bed.
Otherwise you bring all of those allergenswith you into the bed and then you're
just rolling around it an old night. It just makes it worse. Exactly
this year, the allergy season ishorrible. So you're supposed to wash bed
sheets once a week. The averageAmerican washing is their bed sheets every twenty

(18:00):
four days. I was gonna guessonce a month, so I was there.
There you go. And by theway, as always when we find
interesting, unique studies, we shareall this on our Billy and Judy Facebook
page in hopes that you will notonly see it there, you will also
share it as well. Yeah, and be our friend, follow us.
It's Billy and Judy in the morning. That's Billy with a why, Judy
with a y no, and thenwith an I. And she also has

(18:23):
a chance to set a little revengecoming up in just a few minutes my
bonus buster, I've got it foryou around eight forty home of the original
google Buster. Yes, and thenJudy, out of years of frustration getting
slapped upside the head with us hasbrought now her revenge your bonus buster question.
A recent report from dating dot comfound that of all couples break up

(18:48):
after doing this together? What isthis uh? After going on vacation together?
You nailed it? I know,I know, I actually you know,
my wife Melissa and I have beentogether for twenty years. We've been
married for twelve years. I thinkthat's twelve years. I hope she's not
listening. I think that's right. We broke up once after going on a
cruise, and then you got backtogether. Yeah, yeah, we have

(19:12):
a shot. We did. Webroke up. We went on a cruise.
We came back to the port wasin New Orleans. We were supposed
to fly back home, but thecruise ship got back to port at like
seven o'clock in the morning. Ourflight wasn't until like four in the afternoon.
Oh so we decided instead to renta car and drove all the way
back without talking to each other theentire way. That's weird. You're married

(19:37):
all these years. Of course youcan't remember how long. But they'll tell
her, say, we don't goon cruises together anymore. That's a good
one, and not be on ourf what is it FDA approved diet candy,
But we do love the candy. You have a food for thought about
it, A little food for thought, Judy Diamonds involving the m and ms?
Do you like the m and ms? Love? But it depends on
which ones. I am a personole favorite of the uh peanut in Those

(20:03):
are my views, and I lovethose because a lot of people don't like
them. So if they're always theside by side dishes of the plane and
the peanut, people always go forthe plane, which gives me a ton
of the peanuts, and I'm thrilledabout that me too. Not so crazy
about the they've got like the caramelEminem's now they've got the peanut butter Eminem's
now. Not a big fan ofthose, either ready or not. Judy

(20:25):
Diamond, Pumpkin spiced Eminem's first offplants was anything already? Now it's too
early? Why are now? Itseems like somebody like there's always a company
every year that tries to rush tobe the first with the brand new pumpkin
spiced something, and they keep doingthis earlier it's not even officially summer yet,

(20:45):
and we're talking about pumpkin spiced mand ms. The Mars Company announcing
they're launching the new pumpkin pie flavoredM and ms. They promised to be
a blend of pumpkin spice flavors andof course the milk chocolate shell, which
just to me sounds a little odd. It's odd, and here are six
months away from Christmas. Come on, people, give us a break.

(21:07):
No release date has been announced forthe new fall candy, however, the
Mars Company says the M and mswill be out in stores in time for
Halloween. Still doesn't make sense tome, but that is your food for
thought of Is we are Billy andJudy in the morning, trying to start
the work week out on a positivenote. Yeah, So instead of being

(21:30):
like, what is it negative,Nancy? No offense to the name Nancy,
be a what is it a Penelope? What are you talking about over
there? When you're like someone who'salways positive? Oh? Now I get
the other words? Was it anegative Nelly? Well that's people say that
sometimes, Yeah, or Nancy. We're trying to say, is we're sharing

(21:52):
your positive messages here Arena, Pollyanna? That's it. Pollyanna's still working on
that over there are you. Ijust got it. We got this talk
message from Vince. The other day. My son for the first time was
playing a Sonic the Hedgehog. Shedidn't quite understand how to use the controller,
so he was moving his whole bodyand contorting himself and it was just,

(22:15):
I don't know, it just reallymade me smile seeing that. I
thought of you, Judy when Igot that talkback message, because you are
the resident gamer on the show, and it's so true. Whether or not
I'm really moving with the VR setter, sitting in front of a computer or
laptop or something, you do,your whole body gets into it. It's
pretty funny to watch. Sure.I tried to play our seven year old
son Max on PS five, thenew Baseball game, and I was sitting

(22:38):
on the couch and he was sittingside by side with me. But every
time he would pitch, he wouldjump up and be bouncing up and down
standing in front of me. I'mlike, I can't see the swing because
I can't see through you, buthis whole body into it. That's the
thing. That's a great story.I love that callback. Yeah, you
want to share yours with us?Still time to do this. If anything

(23:00):
that you're celebrating that you want topass along. Will share that on the
show and you can do it onour Facebook page as well. If you're
new, It's Billy and Judy. That is Judy with an I yep and
Billy with a why.
