What we need is more common sense. Got the common breaking down the world's
nonsense about how American common sense. We'll see us through with the common sense
of Houston. I'm just pro commonsense for Houston. From Houston. This

(00:24):
is the Jimmy Barrett Show, broughtto you by viewin dot Com. Now
here's Jimmy Barrett. All right.Did any of y'all catch the news conference
earlier today with congressional Republicans Jim Jordan, James Comer, Nancy Maze, and
um who wasn't that impressed me themost? Byron Donald? Byron Donald was

(00:48):
amazing. Is he is he?What like? An attorney? I mean,
it's kind of a silly questions.I haven't paid that much attention to
Byron Donald. Maybe I need topay more attention to him. And he
probably is an attorney. I mean, isn't just about everybody serving in Congress
an attorney. But they laid outthe Biden corruption case in full detail today,

(01:10):
naming the names of all these lllps, all these limited liability corporations that
have been formed to funnel money throughhow none of them ever did anything showed
the paper trail of the money goinginto these dummy corporations and then being paid
out to Biden family members. Itwas, it was, It was amazing,
It was laid out there, andthe media in attendance I think,

(01:33):
was a little bit dumbfounded by thewhole thing. For one thing, I
don't think they expected that kind ofdetail, I really don't. And for
another thing, they don't want toreport it. In fact, I was
looking on the MSN website. I'veserved the MSN website MSN dot com fairly
often, and at least that pressconference is nowhere to be found on the

(01:57):
front page. It should be thebiggest story, one of the biggest stories
ever, and it's nowhere to befound on that page. And my guess
is it's not going to be foundout a lot of pages. The mainstream
media does not want to talk aboutthis. They don't want to ask questions
about it, they don't want tohave anything to do with it, and

(02:19):
they will be carried into this kickingand screaming. I don't know how they
can be forced in order to dosomething with it. I guess they can't.
But the rest of us, Iguess, is up to the rest
of us to talk about it.Tomorrow morning on Katirah. Obviously, we'll
have a lot of audio to sharewith you tomorrow in some reaction to it.
Obviously, Fox will cover news,Max will cover it well. Fox

(02:42):
will cover it to an extent.Fox is Fox has been changing, and
with Tucker Harlson gone, they arechanging even more so in the stories that
they decide to cover and how theydecide to cover them. We'll be watching
this one closely. Um, They'rethey're the It's amazing some of the reaction

(03:04):
that viewers have been sending into Foxabout UM, about the Murdoch family,
about them being globalists. I don'tknow if they're global Disturn, They're not
global is, to be honest withyou. But I do know that the
kids, obviously Rupert Murdoch's kids arenot conservatives and they have very little patience
for for anybody who is. AndUM, anyway, I don't want to

(03:28):
turn this thing into a Tucker Carlsonthing. It's not about Tucker Carlson today.
It's it's about Joe Biden and itis about um. You know this,
this amazing case being laid out byHouse Republicans will have to see if
it goes anywhere. Will the Departmentof Justice be able to ignore this.
They've done a pretty good job sofar. Will the FBI be able to
ignore this. They've done a prettygood job so far. We shall see.

(03:52):
Now. The other that's that's onepiece of news that's from today.
The other piece of news from yesterdaycomes at the expense of former President Donald
Trump found guilty of some of thecharges against him by New York Journey.
Found guilty of libeling this woman whoclaimed that he raped her. Also,

(04:15):
he's been ordered to pay millions ofdollars to her. He's been found guilty
of accosting her in a sexual manner, not guilty of rape. But again,
this is a civil trial. This'snot a criminal trial. This is
a civil trial. But the questionis what impact, if any of this
is going to have on his presidentialcandidacy. Here is the reaction, by
the way, from Donald Trump. After the news came out yesterday about the

(04:39):
verdict, he released this on hisTruth social media site. What else can
you expect from a Trump paiding Clintonappointed judge who went out of his way
to make sure that the result ofthis trial was as negative as it could
possibly be, speaking to and incontrol of a jury from an anti Trump

(05:00):
area, which is probably the worstplace in the United States for me to
get a fair trial. We'll beappealing this decision. It's a disgrace.
I don't even know who this womanis. I have no idea who she
is, where she came from. This is another scam. It's a political

(05:20):
witch hunt, and somehow we're gonnahave to fight this uff. We cannot
let our country go into this abyss. This is disgraceful. You have somebody
running for office, you have awoman that's financed and lied about it.
She totally lied about it by Democratoperatives, like just about the biggest one

(05:42):
there is, and she said thatwasn't true. They found that she lied
about it, and the judge wasn'teven I guess letting it be put in
as evidence. The whole thing isa scam and it's a shame and it's
a disgrace to our country. AllRight. What he's talking about is the
verdict. The woman of the accuser, E Gene Carroll was the accuser in

(06:05):
this particular case, and we're talkingabout a case is what eighteen plus years
old at this point in time.By the way, USA today, very
liberal publication as an article said,we are not the liars. He is.
Trump hashtag me too. Accuser reactsto e Gene Carroll verdict. So
yeah, there's a yo. Thedeck is stacked against Donald Trump in New

(06:30):
York. There's no doubt about that. Now, how this impacts his presidential
run remains to be seen. Idon't think in his world it impacts it
at all. So far, wehaven't seen any polling information that indicates it
changes any minds of voters either.Back with Baltimum and Jimmy Barrett Show here
on AM nine fifty kPr seen findCharles Today, the title forty two comes

(07:00):
to an end, and just abouteverybody and their brothers predicting chaos at the
border starting tomorrow, that they're they'requeued up, they're lined up, they're
ready to come in, and youknow, we're seeing all kinds of stories
about what's going to happen once theycome across. Not the least of which,
and we'll get to our guest onthis one in just a second,
not the least of which is evidentlythat the Bite Administrations supposedly is now preparing

(07:23):
a memo that's going to direct Customsand Border Protection to begin releasing migrants into
the United States without a court dateor the ability to a tract them.
They're just going to process them however. They process them and let them go,
no court dates and no reporting mechanism, so once they go into the
country, we'll have no idea wherethey are. I mean, I guess

(07:46):
that's more honest than the way we'vebeen doing it, right, because we
don't really care about having a courtdate for them or not. There's been
a lot of reaction to it.We're going to get chucked de Voron here
in just a second from the TexasPublic Policy Foundation, but I want to
play this for him and get hisreaction to what Texas Representative Michael Burgess said
about potential border chaos starting tomorrow. We'll call it what you want, catastrophe

(08:09):
crisis. But they've known it's comingfor literally the entire time that the Biden
has been president. This is nota surprise. A look, we're getting
ready to go into the Rules Committeeand just literally a few minutes and to
begin getting the bill to the floorthat we'll deal with border security. It

(08:30):
should have been done the first dayof the Biden administration, but better late
than never. That deals with asylum, deals with the wall, deals with
funding the cousins border protection, butthey are so far behind at this point.
And look, no country, nocountry ever in the history of humankind,
has been asked to put up withor deal with the influx of humanity

(08:54):
that is fixing to come across theborder. No country has ever been asked
to do that. How insulting isit for every American travel who has to
take off their shoes and show aphoto ID. And yet people are being
put on planes with only travel documentsthat they've been given by the immigration folks

(09:16):
with nobody knows who they are, nobody knows their background, nobody knows where
they came from. It is allabout to multiply by a hundredfold, and
it is going to be so muchworse than anyone has ever seen before.
Look, we've got to do whatwe can do to try to control this.
That's why the bill today is soimportant. No one thought Speaker McCarthy

(09:39):
could get the Limits, Save andGrow Act through the House, but he
did. Now the big news isthey're down at the White House today talking
about the debt limit, which theynever would have done before had he not
had the power to get that thingthrough the House. I think he's going
to get this border security bill through. We'll get through the Rules Committee today,
through the House later this week, and that is you know, look,

(10:00):
and people have got to come tothe table and say, what are
we gonna do to once and forall secure our border north hand South.
Well, if he gets you throughthe House, then he'll either die in
the Senate or by some miracle itgets through the Senate. It'll be vetoed.
I mean that much. We know. But he's right about what's going
on at the border. I joinus talk about it all. Chuck de
Vore from the Texas Public Policy Foundation. I don't know where Representative Burgess is

(10:22):
from, but I noticed he saidfixing instead of fixing, So I'm assuming
he's not a dat of Texan.Chuck, Well, Texas is a big
place and it has many dialects dependingon where you are. So there's no
place in a country, there's there'sno place in Texas where you pronounced the
G in fixing. All right, all right, Well, you know,

(10:43):
maybe maybe he had some high falutinschooling. Yeah, that could be.
That could very well be. Idon't know about that. Well, we
know I mean all joking aside. We know that tomorrow is going to start
a very very bad period for thiscountry, do we not? We are
And this is has been seen fora long time coming here at the Texas

(11:03):
Public Policy Foundation, I led akind of like a war game or a
simulation back in December of twenty twentythat predicted all of this, That the
word would get out among people whowould care to migrate to America that things,
you know, the laws weren't goingto be enforced, that the criminal
drug and human craft trafficking cartels inMexico would gear up and take advantage of

(11:24):
this. Just yesterday we had tenthousand, three hundred estimated to come across
into Texas. That probably generated almostfifty two million dollars for the cartels just
yesterday alone. You know, Imentioned that the lead into this, that
there's a memo supposedly coming out fromthe bid administration that's going to direct border

(11:46):
patrol not to we're not going tobe issuing any court dates, we're not
asking for any future addresses, thatwe're just processing people to come into the
country. I guess that's the mosthonest approach that we've seen in a while
because they don't really have any intentionand a processing these people anyway, do
they Well, see, that's partof the challenges. They don't want the
visuals, they don't want pictures andvideo of huge crowds of people pushing into

(12:11):
the country, living on the street, going about their business, their personal
business in the street. They wantto get them away from the border as
quickly as possible by bus and byaircraft and get them into the interior of
the country. And for a coupleof years now we've seen the border patrol
issuing what are known as notice toreport. Now this is very different from

(12:35):
what is supposed to be done, which is a notice to appear, assuming
that you don't just outright eject theperson and support them immediately. But with
a notice to appear, you havea court date to appear before an immigration
judge. And it's important to understandthat the vast majority of these cases are
fraudulent, but the Biden administration isreplaced most of the immigration judges with people

(12:56):
who don't care. They're going tojust let them stay in the country regardless
of their fraudulent claims in most cases, and so with a notice to report,
you don't even have a court date. All you're supposed to do is
when you get to wherever the heckyou care to get to in the middle
of the country, you're supposed toreport to Customs and Immigration Service at that
point and say here I am,I'm an illegal immigrant and I'm living in

(13:18):
Chicago. So that's what a noticeto report is. And it sounds like
they're not even going to do thatbecause they need to get the people off
the border as quickly as possible sothat they don't give the media, some
of the media that cares to reportany visuals that look bad. What does
all this do for the cartel, who's already very, very powerful. They
have operational control of our border, they have operational control of the Mexican government.

(13:41):
They have strongholds in most major UScities at this point. So how
much more powerful will they become herein this country. Well, they're going
to be making probably about a quarterbillion dollars a week for the next several
weeks, maybe several months, andthat's money on top of the money they're

(14:01):
making from the drugs that they areinfiltrating into the country. So obviously this
gives them considerably more power and leverageto complete their takeover of different Mexican civil
institutions, complete their takeover of thecountry. Mexico is a narco state today.
Its government is not duly elected bythe people, nor independent. It

(14:26):
is in fact in league with thecriminal drug cartels. And that's something that
Americans need to wake up to.Because we're long used to the idea that
the neighbors too are north and Southare benign and friendly. We can't say
that about the Mexican state anymore. In fact, you've seen the President of
Mexico openly say that if America triedto move against the drug cartels that Mexico

(14:48):
would fight on their behalf. Hesaid that about a week or two ago.
So the mask has come off,all right. Well, we know
that the state is doing what thestate can do, which is limited,
to say the least. We knowthat the state has put up razor wire
near the border. I don't knowhow much of a deterrent that razor wire

(15:09):
is is certainly not a wall, but I guess anything that slows things down
a little bit can be helpful. We also know that the governor has approved
and the state legislature has approved, putting together sort of a special police force
for lack of a better word tocall it, of Texans for the border.
How is that going to work?By the way, is that something
that's going to begin right away?Is that something's going to require recruitment and

(15:33):
training. Bring us up to dateon that if you would. Yeah,
that's going to require I think someadditional personnel and training. Right What you're
seeing right now is the use ofthe Department of Public Safety, so basically
Texas State troopers along with the NationalGuard to do what they can to try
to make these would be migrants gothrough the official ports of entry rather than
coming across willy nilly, where wehave zero opportunity to figure out who they

(15:58):
are. And in many cases youfind people on the terror watch lists,
You find drugs being ported across, especially fentanyl because fentanyl doesn't weigh very much.
And in fact, I think justa day or two ago you saw
people work for the State of Texasactually prevent migrants from coming ashore across the
real grand and so that's one ofthe first times I think I've seen that

(16:19):
where they're actually turning them back. Now I would imagine there'll be some sort
of a lawsuit coming soon from thepro unlimited migration people who somehow think that
that's an affront and that we can'tdo that. But bring it on.
We need some clarifying lawsuits. Okay, at this point, what are the
latest estimates you're hearing as far asstarting tomorrow, perhaps how many people per

(16:41):
day are looking to come across theborder. We've heard all sorts of numbers
as far as tens of thousands ofpeople on the Mexican side of the border
who are just waiting for Title fortytwo day And what are we guess demanding
as far as how many people aregoing to be coming in per day?
Yeah, so the last two dayswe've seen just over ten thousand a day.
As a result, we have severaltens of thousands of people that are

(17:03):
basically being held in custody, abouttwenty eight thousand and five hundred. They
think that by tomorrow it will beup to fourteen thousand tomorrow, so about
a forty percent increase in one day. Because tomorrow is when Title forty two
expires. I don't think anyone reallyknows, because I don't think we have
a tremendous amount of visibility into theMexican side of the border, and the

(17:26):
whole word of mouth that people say, hey, you know, game on,
let's go. Title forty two hasexpired. You know, we can
get into America now. So Ithink that it's going to be much higher
than that, probably over twenty thousanda day, and that the administration is
going to be trying very very hardto move as many buses and as many
aircraft as they can to the borderto get those individuals away from the border

(17:48):
as soon as possible, because theydon't want any visual evidence so they can
continue with this myth that the borderis secure that you constantly hear from Secretary
Myorchis. And I'm guessing they're havingmore willing accomplices with the mainstream media.
So if the media is not thereto cover it, and there's no other
evidence of great hordes of individuals, then the lie is upheld. I guess,

(18:14):
Well, that's the whole charade thatthey're hoping to keep up as long
as possible. And of course whatis inevitably going to happen is we are
going to see instances of crime andother violence that will be a direct result
of this chaos, and of coursethe media will probably do what they can
to not feed that narrative either. So it'll be up to shows like your

(18:36):
own to report to the people what'sactually happening out there, all right,
and with help of people like you, Chuck will continue to do so.
Thanks as always, sir, havea great day. Thank you you bet
from the Texas Public Policy Foundation.Chuck de Vore back with more in a
moment Jimmy Barrett Show, You're anAM nine fifty k PRC. Alright,

(19:02):
final segment coming up on this Wednesday. Right, either means the week's going
faster, the week's going slow, and I'm not sure it is when I
when I have a hard time figuringout what day it is. We opened
the show today talking a little bitabout the amazing press conference earlier today with
Representative James Comber, Nancy Mace,Byron Donald in a in a bunch of

(19:26):
other Republicans going over their evidence thatthey have put together so far in what
I call the Biden crime family, corruption and basically what it is, to
make a long story shortage, isa slew of dummy corporations set up to
funnel money and as they said duringthe press conference, there are no receipts

(19:49):
there is no business connected to thesecorporations in any way, shape or form.
All this is it is the mostbasic money launder setup that you could
possibly have, where there's these dummycorporations that are paying each other and eventually
paying members of the Biden family, the money coming from a Chinese business Ukraine,

(20:11):
Ukraine and Chinese primarily are these businesses. And what would assume, you
know, some sort of a payto plague or quid pro quo, however
you prefer to put it, typeof situation where we're paying, we're paying
you for your influence or for yourability to influence others on our behalf.
And that is highly illegal. Andmaybe if it turns out that they actually

(20:37):
do bring charges and they actually havea trial and he's actually found guilty at
some point time, of course youcan't try him now he's a sitting president.
But if that turns out to bethe case, this would be I
would think this would qualify as thebiggest scandal perhaps in the history of the
United States presidency. So let's geta couple of thoughts on this first new

(20:57):
Gangrech. Earlier day, by theway, Anthony Blink of the Secretary of
State what he believes maybe his rolemight be at least in blocking some of
this, and also his thoughts onBiden family corruption. Senator Johnson of Wisconsin
said that Blincoln just playing lide tothe Senate committee about whether or not he

(21:18):
was communicating with Hunter Biden. Iwas flat out lide, which of course
would be a funny if he didit under oath. So I mean,
I think there are a lot ofquestions for Anthony B. Lincoln. I
think that a lot of them are, frankly, a lot more fundamental than
the total mess in Afghanistan, asbad as that is. I think his
relationship with China, the amount ofmoney he was getting paid, the fact

(21:41):
that both the University of Pennsylvania andthe University of Delaware refuse to say where
the money's coming from or how themoney is being spent. I mean,
these are things you can't have ata time when there's this sense of deep
corruption in the Biden family and theirallies, and in that sense, Blincoln
as part of the Biden extended family. There is a point where public pressure

(22:03):
will lead the US attorneys to followthe money trail wherever it leads. If
we remember the only attorney general togo to jail in American history was John
Mitchell, who is Richard Nixon's attorneyduring Watergate. I think if the current
Attorney general were to deliberately obstruct justice, he would face the same danger that

(22:26):
John Mitchell faced. So there willbe a point here where the weight of
evidence will be so great that Ithink they'll almost have to e appoint a
special counsel or go straight at andjust playing out start indicting people. Not
the President, who can't be indictedin office but could be impeached, but
everybody around him. And remember theCongress has the power of the purse.

(22:48):
They could, for example, saythat no money can be spent on the
Secretary of State's office as long asLincoln is there. That's a totally legitimate
constitutional position. Okay, see ifthey have the go Honians to do it,
And I had by doubts at leastas a right now, having been
disappointed as many times as we have, I'm guessing you probably feel the same

(23:10):
way, all right. But hementioned the name of Senator Ron Johnson.
Here is what Senator Ron Johnson hadto say about Biden family corruption, and
he does admits any words at allwhile senator graphs say, and I in
our September twenty twenty report laid outas much evidence as anybody would need to
lay out that the Biden family iscorrupt, that a President Biden would be

(23:30):
how they compromised. But again, the corrupt media ignored if they censored it,
and we elected President Biden. Sohere we are one thing that we
don't talk enough about. I knowPresident Biden is just so proud of his
son, but let's you know,we have the evidence that Hunter Biden paid
for it, paid tens of thousanddollars for prostitutes, there were sex traffic
through an international sex trafficking ring.I mean, I mean yes, Ick

(23:56):
and President Biden during about a fouror five month period offered pay for about
one hundred thousand dollars of Hunter Biden'sbills when he was spending tens of thousand
dollars on these women who are sextraffic. Now, if that is at
a minimum morally reprehensible and wrong, and the Presidence defending that, and the
media isn't even looking at which youwant to be a felimy, I mean,

(24:18):
if you're doing business with a sextrafficking ring, that's more than ethically
offensive. It is grotesque, butthe media doesn't concentrate on it. We
had that in our report, wehad the business the financial transactions proving it.
James Corman does the same thing. But again, it is so ikey,
it's so reprehensible. People don't wantto talk about. But it's just

(24:41):
galling to hear the President talk abouthow proud he is of Hunter and he
enables this. He enables it bypropping up his son, both in terms
of those types of words as wellas financially. It's it's really pretty sick.
Just proves again how morally bankrupt theBiden family is and President Biden,
I've got and children, and regardlessof how they were conceived, if he

(25:03):
was proven that I had a grandchild, I would do everything I could to
have a relationship with that grandchild andmake sure that they were taken care of.
President Biden just wants to completely ignorethe existence of a grandchild that is
morally bankrupt. Well, I thinkit's you know, like father, like
son, to be honest with him. You know, it seems he seems
to be throughout the entire family, you know, the whole the whole family

(25:26):
or great you know, great portionsof the family, the immediate family anyway,
are all in on the you know, taking money in getting getting the
hand out handouts. I mean,he's not just I mean, Joe probably
thinks he's a great guy because hedidn't keep it all for himself, right,
He don't only helped himself. Hehelped Hunter, and he helped uh

(25:47):
Bow's widow, and he helped hisbrother Jim, and you know, and
Jim's wife and you know, nineabout nine people all together and here as
I can tell. All right, well, listen tomorrow morning again, we're
gonna be getting a reaction to thatpress conference earlier today from Representative James Comer,
you know, outlining all the allthe all the money, where the

(26:08):
money came from, where the moneywent, as far as the Biden's going.
It was really an amazing press conferenceaudio to share with you tomorrow morning.
I'll see you then with share Usstarting at five am five to eight
