Linda Saris is the Founder and Executive Director of LEAP for Education, a program focused on empowering underserved and first-generation-to-college students to succeed in education, career, and life. Linda founded the program in 2002, bringing 25 years of management and technology experience with her. LEAP which stands for Learn, Explore, Aspire, and Pursue, introduces students to the academic and life skills needed to succeed from middle school all the way through college into their professional lives. Today, the program has served over 500 students in Salem, Peabody, and Gloucester. 100% of students enrolled in the College Success program have graduated high school and 87% have graduated or enter their junior year in college.
