Dr. Deborah and Jack welcome to the show, Rolf E. Kleiner, Founder and Principal of Renatus Partners, a consultancy focused on helping organizations operationalize innovation to drive business growth. Prior to launching his own business, Rolf worked for Kelly Services for nineteen years including serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer. Under his leadership, he helped to drive numerous key milestones for the company including the launch of the Kelly Scientific Resources® business unit which represented the first introduction of providing scientific-level talent solutions as part of traditional staffing services. Today he is contributing his expertise in staffing, outsourcing, and consulting to help grow Futures, Inc., a platform designed to match military personnel with civilian jobs. In 18-months, this platform served to connect over 250,000 veterans, transitioning military service personnel, and their families to well-paying, highly suitable employment.
