Movers and Shakers - Simon Davenport

Simon Davenport is the founder and managing director of the UK based company Tech Up & Go, an organization which enables positive impact from the latest innovative technology resources for education and businesses. This includes the use of 3D imaging, holograms, and robotics to enhance engagement of both learners and customers, particularly in engineering, medicine, and healthcare. Simon has extensive experience in utilizing robotics in a wide variety of education and business settings, including running the UK and Ireland FIRST LEGO League competition, an arm of Dean Kayman’s organization based out Manchester, NH, following which he spent over ten years with the LEGO Group leading sales & marketing throughout Europe. He is passionate about transforming education through increasing interaction between the school system, business, and parents.
