Speaker 3 (02:56):
As long as that link works, you cleep hitting the button.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
Damn straight. But because our episode today is so jam packed,
we actually are foregoing. What you're doing an unprecedented move.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Some would say, be like what some would say, Thank God,
I'm tired of hearing about Indiana Jones, same mass effect
for the one hundred times.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
But it is what it is this week, what you
do when we watching trailers, that's what we're watching trailers.
That is what we are doing.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
And uh, just the prep you for the next couple
of weeks. The summer movie season is like happening. It's
like next week we got Mission Impossible, Lelo and Stitch
and then just Delio is in there somewhere. You have
Jurassic Park, you have F one is out there too
at some point, and then obviously Fantastic Foreign Superman.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Obviously that one I can't wait by myself. It's gonna
be a great experience. It's gonna be a bad movie.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
We'll talk. We'll talk Man that that is a movie.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Also, by the way, F one, you wouldn't think we
talk about on this podcast, but we would, because that
is a forty X movie. That is what you want
to see forty X and boh every time it turns
in that movie.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Actually that was a teenager. I will get up early
Sunday morning. I can watch that one racing every Sunday.
I was really into it.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
Kevin's like, it's my secret passion. You unlock you child,
don't worry.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
Like I'm pretty sure, I said. Michael Schuemark and anybody
else like who you're talking about, Michael Shoemark is like
one of the great definite races of all time.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
They're like, Okay, sure, yeah, whatever you say, Kevin.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
Uh but Kevin, we have to get into some reaction
theater because it is time to break down some trailers.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
So let's cue the sound effect.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
Thank you d.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Because we're starting off this podcast by watching and reacting
to the first full trailer, not teaser anymore, to Superman
coming out this July, and Kevin had Ironheart up and
that's okay.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
I probably saving the best for last, but it's fine.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
No, we're gonna go boom. We start them high, then
we go low. Okay.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
I mean, it's just like anytime you played w W
two K twenty five. Somehow, it's like your bossmatch test
to be first, can't be in the middle for some
stupid reason.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Weird, it's weird.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
But Kevin, how many times have you seen the trailer
before we watch it again?

Speaker 3 (05:14):
I want to watch it like three times. I don't
want to get too ingrained it because I kind of
want to forget it when I go see it in
two months. So we'll watched like two or three times.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Yeah, I think I've watched it twice now. I think
the same effect is. One of the downfalls of the
DCU was that we watched every trailer, and I think
those were the trailers that kind of set the path
of don't watch the teaser, teaser, last minute trailers.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
See it now.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
In theaters because it would just reveal everything but had
fun theme songs, and.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
I don't want to be like that, Like they're they're
great pannel with new rock stars when they break down
every minute of every trailer comes, I'm like, how are
you going to enjoy the movie? If you just want
to look see what happen?

Speaker 2 (05:53):
You got it.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Part of the fun is that no one's gonna happen.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
You know, go enjoy it. You're fine, Kevin, you don't
need that at all.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
But this is, like we said the first full trailer
for this show. Oddly enough, if we did the Peacemaker trailer,
which came out that's Friday. I think we talked about
it on Monday. I did love the tweet of the
Peacemaker account being like I also came out with the
trailer and can save the world, but I just use
guns watch my trailer too, So just fun little you know,

(06:21):
social media, you know HBO our Max is now HBO Max.
That's a that's a whole thing too. So I never
I never did either.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
I still call it twitter. I'm not calling the other day.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
Here's the fun fact.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
We could have seen this coming when Max went from
purple back to being black again. You're like, yeah, okay,
now everything's black, fun, cool, let's do it.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
Man, Well, just what a fumble?

Speaker 2 (06:42):
Yeah, but we know this is coming out July eleventh.
James Gun is directing it.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
David corn Sweat is your Superman, Nicholas Holt is uh
Lex Luthor, Rachel Brosnahan is your Lowest Lane.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
That's our main trio.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
Yeah, coming off A four, then want to expect to
skip that week?

Speaker 2 (07:01):
That is interesting.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Yeah, because someone asked me that today, like, why isn't
it coming out July fourth?

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Movie twenty twenty five. I don't think there's like a definitive.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Movie as far as I know coming out July fourth,
because we know Fantastic four is like the twenty sixth
I believe, or twenty fifth or something like that that week.
So even like Fantastic four, you think would come out
for the fourth as well.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Fourth exactly. That's the whole gimmick.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
My internet is working slow or this website won't load.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
It comes out to a live fourth Divine Soldiers Touch
and to give or not to give reparations for slavery.
That's the movie. I want to see them.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
What comes out the week before like June twenty sixth issues.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
You know what, I know why ju Last Second is
Jurassic Park. That's why it's not coming out.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
So I second in Jurassic Park. I thought Jassic Park
was like, oh my god, Jurassic.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
The Ressic World Rebirth is ju Last Second. That's why
it's not coming out to.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Well oh okay, well that's why. All right, well that
makes sense. No sense, Okay, I figure out that makes
sense that.

Speaker 1 (08:01):
Yeah, So that obviously July will be the busy season
of the box office. Uh, it will be Jassic World
has it for a week, Superman has it for two weeks,
The Fantastic Four has it probably for the rest of
the year, which is why Fantastic Four.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
Is going last, because it's like, we'll take the hit.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
I do think, and this will be my bowl prediction
for summer box office. I think at the end of
the summer, the top grossing movie will be the Jurassic Park,
even though it's gonna suck a billion.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
I think we'll have legs.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
I think because it won't be as spoiled as the
other two movies were. Slash no one will see it
initially because they're saving a list you need to get
a list in July.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
I'll tell you that right now from AMC.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
Because the third one had legs. Everybody's not like this
is stupid. People just kept going to see it, like
why are you gonna going to see me saying this stupid?

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Yeah, well, we'll see what happens. But Kevin, you ready
to watch this trailer and talk about it.

Speaker 3 (08:49):
I'm ready to look up at the man in the
red cape.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
All right, you're gonna put your cape on?

Speaker 1 (08:53):
Or no, it's hung up when the movie comes out, Kevin,
Kevin won't get it ready.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
Maybe spiders on the Game of because Spider ways something
that it's true.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
Plus you put if you put the rambow wig on,
then you're like nineties Clark kat Superman.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
You had the mullet. Yeah, all right, I.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
Will move my head and put the kind of intend
a frame though.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Yeah, okay, all right, there you go. All right, So Kevin,
here we go one, two, three?

Speaker 3 (09:17):
Play?

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Oh are you being serious right now? You'd let me
interview you as Superman.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
I do like Lois Lane as a brunette black hair
and Nott ginger.

Speaker 2 (09:34):
Yeah, let's do it, Cronkite Superman, miss Lane.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
The voice change.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Recently, you've come under a lot of fire for what
some might it's a lot. I've seen that today. The
Secretary of Defense said he was going to look into
your actions. That's funny.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
Okay, I stopped a war. Maybe not, Maybe I did.
In effect, you illegally entered a country. This is how
you're gonna be.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
I'm not the one being interviewed, Superman. Did you consult
the president? Representative? Where did you want to go eat?
I would question myself in the same situation, and consider

(10:27):
the consequence. People we're going to dig.

Speaker 3 (10:39):
I hope they keep the great body.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
So also to.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Oh, I already to say, better not kill that dog.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
I swear they kill group.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
So I already hate that guy so much. You're extra.
She would have been dead if I still be like
you who you are it is.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
That's why I need to add super Man, it's.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
Not a man.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
Yeah, somebody focal on the entire world's conversation.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
Metamorpho have it in name.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
I will not.

Speaker 3 (11:34):
Except that.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
I cleaned your boots. I'm go get them for you.
I cleaned your boats. Tell you hell, yeah, he sucks
so much in his Tell.

Speaker 4 (11:57):
Oh, you have a dog's dogs for you that's Cody
for you.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Kevin's exact dog right there. All of a sudden, would
have thought Kevin got Crypto the super.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Dog a dog. Now you okay, you need you guys.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Definitely need to go to pet Smart by the way
to get the cape for him. You guys can catch
spoil him and I bet because Milkbone was already doing
ads for this damn movie.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
Pets Smart's got the capes or whatever they're releasing.

Speaker 3 (12:34):
So he's been doing a lot better of taking food
out of Kira's hand when he's eating. So maybe there's
a little treat.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
Little treat. Here's a cape. Teddy hates his cape. I'll
let you know that right now.

Speaker 3 (12:45):
Believe a muffin had to comb right now. He's like, man,
leave me alone.

Speaker 2 (12:48):
Why why am I wearing this? Is it? Mister Bigglesworth?
Is that's awesome?

Speaker 1 (12:56):
Power a cat from Cats and Dogs?

Speaker 3 (13:00):
And haven't seen that movie?

Speaker 2 (13:02):
But no, Cats and Dogs. I don't know what you're
thinking of Cats and Dogs?

Speaker 1 (13:07):
Is the movie where it was cats were the villains
and dogs were the heroes.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
Yeah, I forgot about that movie. Uh.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
And it's funny you went to Wikipedia the cast for
this movie Uh, this goes human.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
Cast and then voice cast. Oh it was mister Tinkles,
That's what it was. I was close, baby.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
We don't know else to talk about it.

Speaker 1 (13:29):
I think so for July weekend Cats Dogs, Dogs, that's
like an iconic like nine you wanted your millennial coded.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
Did you watch cats and Dogs in theaters?

Speaker 3 (13:39):
Baby? Baby jenis is after that?

Speaker 2 (13:42):
That's true.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
Oh God, we're just gonna dub the voice over door
about it.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Uh. But back to this trailer. I think it looks
really good.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
It is interesting that, like in July, we have two
superhero movies in Trassic World whatever that are very stylistically
different than what we've seen before. Obviously Superman kind of
setting up the DCU and Fantastic for it being that
very retro futuristic tomorrow Land vibes of like the sixties,
just because like bright colors, you know, which kind of

(14:12):
like faded bright colors, which is cool too.

Speaker 2 (14:15):
But I'm down, I'm excited.

Speaker 1 (14:17):
I'm trying, not, like you said, to watch as much
trailers of it as possible, because this kind of gives
you a lot of the chevang, especially if you pay
attention to clues. But a lot's going on.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
They will say that for sure.

Speaker 3 (14:31):
And lot's going on. I do think that one scene
in here with Menamorphal in prison with him one of
metamorphals powers. He can mimic chemicals. I'm pretty sure he's
mimicking the chemical signature of kryptonitis.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Like, yeah, he has a green hand. It just happened
on the trailer, like so yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:46):
But other than that, I'm still having not honestly trouble
getting used to it. You see seeing David corn Sweat
as Superman, because I'm used to three Superman, Reeve Cavil
and Tom Welling, and he looks like a weird a
Malcolm of all of them, and just.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Year maybe that over. I think that's that's true.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
I think really like, for the longest time we were
all doubted Cavill and then we're like, no, Cavvill's Cal's Superman,
you know, and then Justice would happen and the mustache
gate happened as well.

Speaker 3 (15:13):
But it was funny. I thought that Kevill was older
when he was cast in a Superman, but he was
saying may corns wet? Yeah, wow, a lot younger.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
Yeah, I think I think really like two, this is
a role he can grow in. We know this is
the first movie of the DCU, all the characters really
Nicholas Hoholt as well, and yeah, it just looks fun.
I mean, we know the movie like Superman get involved,
and this trailer kind of looks like he gets involved
in a war, which is kind of more of the
modern Superman movies of like how is Superman relegated?

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Is he under us control? Is he fighting for the world?
Where does he intervene?

Speaker 1 (15:48):
And all that stuff, and a good, good example like
this case scenario is like if he intervened in the
Ukraine and Russia, like who do he side with?

Speaker 2 (15:55):
You know, like that type of stuff.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
We saw a little bit of that in in Zack
Snyder Superman, but I think we've seen it on another
level in this one, because unfortunately we only had one
movie with him, and then movie and a half another
half of the movie and.

Speaker 1 (16:08):
Then a little little scene and Black Adam and they're like, okay.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
Another cool thing like that. This is this is kind
of going back to the Superman, like the Superman in
Justice League DC A universe Superman who just does the
right thing because it's the right thing, not because you know,
he has powers. He's supposed to, Like, no, the right
thing is to save as the little girl from the
buses coming, yeah, going to do it. The right thing
is the stop of war, Like, what's the problem I
stopped the war? You're mad at me? Like it makes

(16:33):
no sense. I kind of like that, And then I
also kind of it looks like there is an established
Justice League or Justice Society that's run by the government.

Speaker 1 (16:42):
That's like, well, no, we know it's not run by
the government. It's run by Maxwell Lord. So that's like
kind of the This is the one two punch of
having the Peacemaker trailer last week, is we see Isabelle
Emer said as Hawk Girl again Nathan fillyon as Guy
Gardner Green Lantern just says, connecting pieces. We know Guy
Gardner will pop up in the Lantern show as well.
So good for Nathan Fillion getting that work, baby, But

(17:04):
it is interesting to see, like is this just more
of a show team more than anything and versus an
actual team.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
I'm kind of hoping to they kind of mimic what
they did with Remember the new DC Animated universe when
they showed a first Lessons League movie, it was all
I'm getting together for the first time and green Land.
I thought he was the most powerful thing on Earth
and then he met Superman was like, oh, I'm not,
I am not.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
The interesting thing is too, there is kind of like
a an iron hulk suit guy villain that's supposed to
be the Hammer of Bavaria uha baa.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
Yeah, apparently it is a country in DC comics, but
that character is not in DC comics. That's a new character,
which is something I mean, that's something that DC does, like, Uh,
the animated series of Batman aime series. There wasn't Harley
Quinn before that show. Quinn is the staple of d C.
And also with as well, it was uh.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
Le let's miss test Maker, right, Yeah, that too.

Speaker 3 (18:01):
Test Marker was in the show, but was not I
mean the original movie, but was not in the original
comics because the movie came in the comics. So that's
that's something the DC's are like, Oh you like him, cool,
we'll put him in.

Speaker 1 (18:12):
I think also with this one, Diggle, he's it for Arrow. Yeah.
If Hammer Barrabi, you assume maybe he's the hero or
whatever of one of the country's Superman kind of intervenes in.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
So it'll be interesting to see if that comes to
the US and that causes the crisis of people, don't
are you.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
For us as US citizens? And all that good stuff.

Speaker 1 (18:34):
But kind of going back to the interview is popping
up again. It's interesting to see that, you know, Clark
has his that human voice, and then there's the Superman voice.
You know, when you have a presentation, you have a
presentation voice, ors and normal voice. And I think, uh, Kevin,
I'll remember you did you didn't finish my adventures with Superman, right,
I never even started here. I think that is a

(18:55):
good primer to watch before you watch the Superman movie,
because obviously I think it started before James gunn fully
took over. But it's still going the uh. Jack Quaid,
the boys uh does a good job kind of the
same lines.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
I think they're doing.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
David cordonswoed of humanizing Clark versus being the impenetrable you
know force that is Superman. And I think that's what
we're going for more with this movie, because it makes
Superman more relatable, more human, not the invincible person we
see all the time.

Speaker 3 (19:24):
Yeah, because I remember what Superman. It's the opposite of
most superhero whatever is like Spider Man is Peter Parker,
but he can't let the world know he's Peter Parker,
so he has to be Peter Parker. Whereas to in
this world Superman is his real identity. He pretends to
be Clark Kent, he pretends to be bumbling, he pretends
to be like. That's the one thing that Henry Cavill

(19:45):
never really got to do is be a really good
convincing Clark Kent. Because half the time he was Man
of Steals Willry by him getting his.

Speaker 1 (19:52):
Power Batman versus Superman was him doing a report and
that was it.

Speaker 3 (19:56):
He was league. So he never got to be Clark Kent.
So it'd be interesting to see how how he convinced them,
because when you watch the original Superman now, I know
his dated in the seventies, but Christopher Reeve played it,
you could be convinced that there was no way in
the world that Christopher Reeve was actually Superman. The way
he played Clark Can he was just an idiot. He
was just a dumb idiot. And then when he put
them at Blue Studios, like, wow, okay, this is the

(20:18):
guy now.

Speaker 2 (20:20):
Obviously, James Gunn is the kind of a master of
giving you a lot of things at one time and
then seeing what sticks a lot of the jokes of Guardians,
same thing kind of with Peacemaker to a degree.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
I think we're kind of getting some vibes with this.
It'll be interest see how this movie balance is being
a Superman movie versus being a universe building movie, which
I think a lot of people have critiques of, Like
we're doing Green Lantern and Hawkgirl and Metamorpho, and you know,
there might be some multiverse things going on. I don't
want to talk about because it might ruin the movie
for you, but I thought about it that.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
Might make sense.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
Yeah, it'll be interest see how it manages all that
in a let's say two and a half hour runtime
or something.

Speaker 3 (21:00):
I think one of the best ways to establish a
DC universe is the first established Metropolis and Superman, and
that that is the golden standard of of DC comics.
With Marvel Comics, the most popular character is spider Man,
but Spider Man's have to head a lot of stuff.
Usually it's Captain America, It's Iron Man, Professor Rex, all
these kind of the kind of people. Well, but Superman.

(21:21):
Superman is both the strongest and like the brightest star
in the DC universe, so I think it is smart
to lead with him. I do wonder how they will
establish a Gotham, maybe a central city maybe what's the
city that green and I can't remember the name, start
star city city something like that, Yes, yeah, yeah, something

(21:41):
like that. And interesting to see how to how they
established all that. And then even going forward to I mean,
I know we're getting past it stuff. I get Supergirl,
which is gonna be a very depressing movie, I think people.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
Yeah, and that's the rumors they're they're they're filming Supergirl now.
So the rumor is maybe she's the end credit scene
or something like that, because you already got.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
She's like in the movie in the Yeah, they.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
Say like you might have like not as Supergirl, but
as Askarra, might be in as Kara and not just
in the inn shoot or whatever. Yeah. But even like
going forward to uh, I don't announced that show a
while ago. I don't know if they's doing work on it,
but the show about the Amazon's like, that's gonna be
another another important thing.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
Yeah, and that that's that's a thing too, just because
you're mentioning that there there was at one point supposed
to be an authority movie or show. I think they're
gonna have to really probably at pronna be around the
same time as movie comes out. Is either bolster up
what the DCU is gonna look like post Peacemaker, or

(22:39):
kind of damper their set expectations accordingly, because it was like,
what two years ago, We're like, we got ten projects,
It's the Gods and Monsters, Saga or whatever. But now
it's like all im practicality, we got Peacemaker. We know
Super Girls being filmed and Lanterns is being filmed now,
but what's what were we building towards or what's after those?

Speaker 2 (22:58):
You know?

Speaker 3 (23:00):
And and I know Dame James like like to go
out there with with with the projects and with the characters,
go really deep into the lore. But I really think
you need to play the hits for the first couple
of movies Superman give Me Back in you know, yeah,
you know, I mean even even to a degree, I
think the Lanterns is a very safe move because because
we do have a Gring Lantern live action series as

(23:21):
a president, but you ain't got to do much to
clear that.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
Yes, and Kevin in my camera freeze.

Speaker 3 (23:26):
You're good on my end right now, let me check
the stream is not working.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
Do do do do Do do do do do do
your frozen Okay, I don't know how to fix that.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
Well, let's switch on over then to the Iron Art
trailer and maybe that'll actually know what Kevin wants. Switch
back to the normal view and then go back. Maybe
that'll fix it, and then we'll do that the Superman
trailer by the boom see like it was an obs
setting for some dumb reason.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
Sure, thank you and to tendo Mike.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
But now one question, Yes, you think this movie movie
will end with the maybe just as a as a
quick like you know, salute the regular Superman way where
he like is in space and kind of waves to
the camera and flies away as as a screen.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
I think so unless they're setting something up, that's the
only thing. If whatever's next for Superman's appearance or whatever,
that would be the only thing to end the movie on,
like let's go. You know, I think they need to
have a let's go or hype for the DCU thing
versus we made it a time either you know, you
go for the perfect Superman movie or it's like let's
let's go moment.

Speaker 3 (24:32):
Yeah, I think I Still, I still hope and pray
that the end of the movie is just Hello and
Bruce Wayne.

Speaker 2 (24:40):
That's I don't know, there's a lot of moving pieces.
I don't know if we could also put in another
Batman in this. Dude, well, I don't even need Batman.

Speaker 3 (24:47):
I just need Clark Camp meeting Bruce Wayne because in
most comic book runs Superman and Batman only not only
you know, the world's famous, girl's finest, the best friends.
I need that friendship.

Speaker 1 (24:59):
I think it's gonna be if they go that route. Clark,
we have an assignment for you, You have an interview and
it's pretty slightly and then it's either they do a
handshake you don't know who it is or whatever.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
Yeah, see the backup.

Speaker 3 (25:12):
I'm standing with his hands on his back. He turns,
but we don't see his face something.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
I think.

Speaker 1 (25:16):
The only thing with that, though, is that if they
do that, Matt reasons to get its ish together for
The Batman too, because then it's like, Homie, you don't
have this movie out, and DCUs wants to move on
to kind of figure it out.

Speaker 3 (25:30):
Oh man, that makes me sad to keep watching The
Batman and repeat. Unfortunately, one day one.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
Day, but Kevin, let's watch the other trailer.

Speaker 1 (25:38):
That was kind of the big deal this yesterday really
because it came out. The funny thing was Marvel said,
we're getting on trailer out as early as possible before
the Superman trailer comes out.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
Up the way, get it out the way.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
So this is the new trailer for Ironheart, which it
was cool. Ryan Coogler did a little like deep mini
deep Dive trailer on Tuesday, just kind of prep in
the character and the journey.

Speaker 2 (26:01):
We are from Wakanda forever.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
We do know that this will be a three episode
premiere June twenty fourth, so hey, you're set for June
till the end of July on content, which it's supposed
to be six episodes, So no word on if it's
gonna be three, then three the next week, or it's
three and then episode episode episode. We'll figure that out
most likely.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
Do wonder if part of the strategy is they saw
how well and or did with the three three, and
maybe there's something they just start doing.

Speaker 1 (26:29):
I mean, most of the time we do get two
episodes nowadays for big premiere like streaming premieres that aren't HBO.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
Usually for the most time. But if they do do
if they do do the three to one one one,
it would be twenty twenty fourth first eight fifteen, So
it'd finish up right before Fantastic four if they wanted
to do that. What is the m of finishing up
a thing before next thing and then think making you

(26:58):
think it'll connect.

Speaker 3 (26:59):
It's not.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
It's not going to connect anything.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
But in case you didn't know, Ironheart is Reere Williams
was officially introduced in the MCU in Black Panther Maconda Forever.
We kind of unfortunately called her the mcguffin of that
movie because at times she was and that's okay, I.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
Believe she was the replacement because if you read the
original script, it's supposed to be Chavick Boseman and his
son the Sons and end up being cheery and re read, yeah,
the replacement for the son.

Speaker 1 (27:28):
But in case you forgot, you did get armor for Wakanda.
It was kind of one of the more iconic skins
or iconic looks of the new wave of Marvel, kind
of like, oh, that's trade out the comics, which we've
seen a lot more comic actually accurate costumes nowadays. Kevin
how many times? Have you seen this trailer the same

(27:48):
number of times?

Speaker 3 (27:49):
Soon? Free time. I'm not trying to overdo it.

Speaker 2 (27:50):
I've seen it once.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
So let's watch it, then we'll talk about it. Okay,
let's do it all right, one, two, three?

Speaker 2 (27:56):
Hit play baby? Who is techy? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (28:04):
I put the Rider of Sinners.

Speaker 2 (28:07):
Yeah, like you've seen Sinners right now?

Speaker 1 (28:11):
They are leading heavy on the Ryan Coogler is a
producer more than anything.

Speaker 3 (28:17):
Okay, welcome in less than three minutes.

Speaker 2 (28:29):
Let's unless you break it to the device on the
floor where you.

Speaker 3 (28:37):
Find a gas mask I put up.

Speaker 1 (28:44):
It seems like one of those prank shows you see
where someone shows up in the elevator.

Speaker 3 (28:49):
I don't know how people the futt of pranks are
still allowed because some of the pranky, scary, scary. You
should Williams was a genius, So.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
We'll play the hood.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
I see you willing to be acknowledged for your greatness.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
You are the first gam dean. The dean. It's not
working on one of those fancy teche fumes.

Speaker 3 (29:26):
After my internship abroad, I'm going to build something undeniable,
something the same uh the Sameship.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
I can give you the tools to help you carry
out your vision, but anyone who's ever accomplished anything iconic
in life?

Speaker 3 (29:46):
Because I have to do some questionable things to get
it done.

Speaker 2 (29:49):
Who what will you do?

Speaker 4 (29:53):
You've been off a hell of a lot, more than
you can chew.

Speaker 3 (29:59):
Uncle you a lot.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
You know nothing about this man. You're gonna end up
dead or in jail. This is so much bigger than that.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
Great man.

Speaker 2 (30:29):
This is wild a shady bunker. My bunker's not shady.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
Would a shady bunker have bat on the wall? It's
literally above a crate of self guided missiles.

Speaker 2 (30:39):
I'm returning those, so all a air rink popping up? Kevin,
do you know who he's.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
Remberd to play?

Speaker 1 (30:53):
Heard it?

Speaker 3 (30:53):
But I can't remember what it was. I know it's
a character connected, is it justin Hammerson?

Speaker 1 (30:58):
He can build it in a box in a cave
with a box of scraps. He's river to be obad
stained son.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
So that Obai is things.

Speaker 3 (31:06):
That's interesting. That is a deep, deep, deep deep throwback,
about as deep as the one for the Dean, the
guy from Civil War when he got the grant for
Tony Starkman my team two really really really deep throwbacks.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
I think the funny thing is is him popping up
and like, oh yeah, he's just a dean and everything
now because I think he is.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
I think he is in Abbot Elementary. I think he's
one of the like student council, school board, school board. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
Uh, but it is interesting just you know, you have
a villain son in and Reary for the most part
is the successor to Iron Man, because who the hell
knows what's happening with Roady and in Armor Wars and
all that good stuff. But this trailer doesn't have me
as hyped, I feel like as some of the other

(31:59):
Marvel show. I don't know if it's just because it's
been sitting on the back burner for a while.

Speaker 3 (32:04):
The funny thing is when you look up who all
Aaron reck is playing on Wikipedia or i NB, it
says Joe McGillicutty, So he's definitely playing somebody.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
Joe Joe Schmo. Don't worry about it, we'll find out later.

Speaker 3 (32:18):
So I watched this, and I understand that a lot
of people's issues with kind of ever was reread wasn't
really mine. I didn't mind her. I saw her as
a normal person in this extraordinary situation. How I would
react to what was going on, So I didn't mind it.
I will say that the one thing that hurts this
show the most, it's not anything that's in it, is

(32:38):
that we don't know what's happening with ARMO Awards. Two
years ago, we know arm Wars it's gonna be a
show or TV story series about who is in charge
of Tony Stars. Technology's gone, and it seemed like that
storyline has been thrown down the drain because now we're
doing Doomsday.

Speaker 1 (32:52):
Yeah, and then this does feel like it is Unfortunately
the three episode premiere is we got to get this
out before Fantastic four or really kicks off Doomsday because
Thunderbolt's kind of soft kicked it off, and that this
is like the last remnants of Bob Chapek Marvel to
a degree, just because it's been on the back It

(33:13):
was filmed like.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
In twenty twenty two, twenty twenty.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
Three, and it's just been sitting and they haven't haven't
really released it just because everything that was on the
back burner. But we kind of talked about how Marvel's
kind of going under a new regime thought process of
what the shows are versus what the movies are, and
that at most from now on you'll get two shows
a year instead of you know, having one a quarter. Essentially,

(33:41):
it'll just be interest see how this show really does
it connect to, if anything, the Young Avengers. That would
be the closest thing we could get. Or like you said,
Armor Wars, which who knows what the hell's happened on that, you.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
Know, could We kind of got teased with that. It's
probably a man no Way home as well, because the
fabricator in Happy's a partner, so I thought, oh, okay,
they're setting up the thread for the Armor War storyline.
According to the article, this filming started in twenty twenty
two and then in November of that year, and then
they had reshoots in February to April of last year,
so they did something extra. So I'm pretty sure after

(34:16):
Kevint got his power back, he said, okay, this is cool.
We do all of this and then we should have
something of a show, something to show people.

Speaker 1 (34:23):
So honestly, I would have tempered expectations, I will say,
and then you will be more than surprised, I'm hoping,
but it'll be just interesting how this is. I think
it will be more along the lines of a Miss
Marvel maybe lower on our MCU tier.

Speaker 3 (34:39):
So don't get me wrong, I am excited for the
show because above all, this is a show I'll show
my daughter and say, hey, look, you can be Superio
too and not have powers.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
You can go to MIT and work for the deed.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
But Miss Marvel is to me one of the better
Marble shows. For me. This show has a has a
ceiling of Hawkeye.

Speaker 2 (35:00):
Mm hmmm, pretty good.

Speaker 3 (35:01):
But I haven't gone back to it, you know what
I mean.

Speaker 2 (35:03):
One day, one day I'll get there.

Speaker 3 (35:05):
Yeah. I don't think it's going to be terrible. I
don't think it's going to be anywhere near Secret Invasion,
but like that, but I do think taking this as
not just somebody who's trying to build a suit, it's
somebody who are actually trying to do things the wrong
way for the right reasons, and then having that that's
a smart way to frame this show, I think. And
then even kind of like the old school iron Man,

(35:27):
which is kind of the magic versus of the technology,
because back in the sixties it was a Mandarin with
the ten rings magic versus iron Man suit technology, so
kind of going back to that too is pretty cool.
So I do have, like you said, middling expectations that
at least I'll be entertained for let's see three, one, two, three.

Speaker 2 (35:44):
Five, at least five weeks.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
There you go.

Speaker 1 (35:47):
Yeah, well, Kevin, let's switch on over back to the
normal view because we don't talk about trailers. We're not
done to talk about TV because the game you didn't know.
The TV upfronts for this past week feels like week
and a half, and that's essentially like a many guy
like where each movie TV company is presenting to the networks. Hey,
we are planning to come out with this, and investors

(36:07):
please and keep investing in us.

Speaker 2 (36:10):
Obviously, I think every network by now has had it.
I think Disney, Warner Brothers.

Speaker 1 (36:15):
And Netflix were kind of the last remnants of that.
Today we did get like the Bridgerton trailer.

Speaker 2 (36:20):
Finally it's not coming out till twenty twenty six.

Speaker 3 (36:22):
It's whatever.

Speaker 1 (36:23):
But some of the quick bits we're gonna talk about
and it will spend like four minutes talk about this
before we get into and or. We now know that
fall Out season two will be premiering this December, which
is fun. They did a little Christmas announcement for that,
and it's been renewed for a season three, which makes
complete sense. That show is good, real good.

Speaker 3 (36:41):
Did they announce that's going to be all episodes droped
at the same time?

Speaker 2 (36:44):
They haven't yet. I mean, that was a show that
had worked to have all the episodes drop out because
you just binged it and got in that world.

Speaker 3 (36:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
And obviously with and Or, we've seen maybe that might
be the mood of if you have an arc, release
all of that arc in one week.

Speaker 3 (36:58):
At least it definitely worked because I do believe if
Andrew would have been one of nine weeks twelve week
series and it'd have been like we would just be
getting to episode four.

Speaker 1 (37:10):
Mm hmmmm wow, the new arc, Yeah, the next Darcy Yeah,
which is wild. We also found out that the Super
Mario Bros. Movie sequel may tentatively be.

Speaker 2 (37:20):
Called Super Mario World.

Speaker 1 (37:22):
That makes complete sense because if you're gonna introduce more
characters build out the world, why not just about Maril
Luigi anymore.

Speaker 2 (37:28):
It's about the whole world around them, you know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (37:30):
We got the ocean credits scene. That pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
It was cool. Now will we get Worrio with wal
Luigi come on, baby, do.

Speaker 3 (37:35):
It for us? Alrio? Maybe I don't know, want Luigi.
I think it's still.

Speaker 2 (37:39):
Kind of you of course correct, get him Rand.

Speaker 1 (37:43):
We also found out the Office spinoff from here will
be in September, called the Paper interesting. The main thing
with that Oscar from the actual Office show will be
in the.

Speaker 2 (37:53):
Show in canon as the same character.

Speaker 1 (37:55):
So the main thing they just show the poster, but
Oscar's there in the background and you can see it.

Speaker 2 (38:00):
You know, it's the actor. So we'll see what happens.
No trailer for that, but maybe it's worth watching. Who
knows on Peacock.

Speaker 3 (38:06):
And that's the Peacocks on not a TV show, right.

Speaker 1 (38:09):
Yes, Peacock, but a lot of streaming I know nowadays,
like the Pit is now on TNT like in syndication
for some reason. Now the other two big news we
got Spider Noir. We got the first photos and the
leaked trailer of Nicholas Cage in costume that tentatively I
think on Prime video will be out in twenty twenty six.

(38:32):
Tells a story of an aging and down on his
luck private investigator in nineteen thirties New York.

Speaker 2 (38:37):
This is fun.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
I mean, there is a trailer when I could watch
it because it's not real officials. It's like two seconds,
but looks fun. The cool thing they did say it
will be releasing in the black and white of the noir,
and it'll be a color version as well, so it'll
be cool to see how they balance it and like,
does it look weird when everything is in technical or you.

Speaker 3 (38:58):
Know, picked a hale, We're just dann We just dance.

Speaker 2 (39:02):
And that's I think.

Speaker 1 (39:03):
He did have like one line and you couldn't really
tell if he was doing the more slapsticky voice or not.

Speaker 2 (39:08):
It's Nicholas Cage. He kind of does whatever the hell
he wants.

Speaker 1 (39:11):
He's playing John Madden in the movie, so it's interesting.

Speaker 2 (39:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (39:17):
And then our big kind of news we got sort
of the talent or not really in the middle of
of these upfronts, we now know Jessica Jones is officially
in Daredevil Born Again, and we'll be played by Kristin
Ridder once again, so this time in the MCU.

Speaker 3 (39:34):
This was leaked like two months ago, but don't I
believe it, but I happened to see it being confirmed.
I know that Finn fin Wolf what was his name?
We gotta play the Iron Fist. He's been campaigning to
come back as Iron Face. I hope they say no
because that's Big Jones's Jones then Jones. I'm sorry, No,

(39:54):
we weren't great. We had two seasons. Don't think he's
another chance. I'm sorry, but Risin Riddle was Mason. Jessica Jones.
I didn't really dig the third season, but the two
seasons I like. I like very much. Yeah, see her
coming back. She definitely had a had a She carried
that role very well.

Speaker 2 (40:09):
Yeah, and I think it'd be cool to see just
like the first season, that show was really good.

Speaker 1 (40:14):
I think also the villain helped with that too. But
see just how that carries over to the MCU. Do
you take also the Jessica Jones history and and all that,
or do you just kind of, yeah, we're gonna do it,
but we were not. It was like Purple Man or something.
I forgot what that character's name. David Tennant was a villain,
so that's why it was really good. Do you bring
that in with the MCU or do you kind of

(40:35):
just we're doing our own thing with you. We can
kind of rework you on, like how we did with
Punisher and Daredevil.

Speaker 3 (40:41):
I feel like you can mention it that she had
she had an issue with with an X.

Speaker 2 (40:46):
It's like, yeah, he loved purple, I got it all right, great,
yeah exactly.

Speaker 3 (40:52):
But I do think this does open the door to
hopefully my culture coming back because they were a thing.

Speaker 1 (40:57):
Yeah, I think you make them a thing again. I
think that's that's the one. He saved until a trailer.
I think for sure, just because we haven't seen anything
we kind of knew about. Like you said, Christ and
Rider being on set, if you save him, that's a pop.

Speaker 2 (41:12):
He's like, hell yeah, good for my culture.

Speaker 3 (41:15):
That definitely be I mean, I mean, like you said,
save him for either a trailer or save him for
even the end credit scene of season two where like
suddenly d don't get shot and somebody covers him up
and he just paid up and just.

Speaker 2 (41:27):
A yellow hoodie, bald man yellow hoodie.

Speaker 1 (41:30):
Or he's got the weird look he had in that
one episode when he was going under the transformation. Is
his comic accurate suit. Those are kind of the big
tidbits from the TV up fronts by Kevin. It's time
to talk about it for one last time. Let's break
down and or season two. So we made it our

(41:56):
final batch at three episodes.

Speaker 2 (41:58):
And Chef's kiss is all I'll say, man.

Speaker 3 (42:04):
I will say these final six episodes. I think season
two was the better season like that. Well, yes, still
was great, was good, but season two made it like,
oh my gosh.

Speaker 1 (42:19):
I think I think the main thing is season season
one really was let's set up the characters. Season two
was all the payoff really of everything we set up
in season one. But I think also because this show
had stakes, because it was building a year closer to
Rogue one and then a new hope, it got us
more interested because they're like, oh, okay, there's that thing.

(42:39):
Are they set that up? Sort of but it wasn't
really like how that meme of like I know what
that is. It's like, all right, we are mentioning, you know,
energy projects. I call that probably the death star here is.

Speaker 2 (42:50):
Sagarero or Rescuing mon Matha, which becomes a star Wars
Rebels episodes. Then you know she does the speech Barel
or Ghana's in his little outfit. He's in Rogue one.
We're getting closer and closer.

Speaker 3 (43:01):
Getting closer and closer to what was happening now I
will say I actually saying if you did the same
thing I did watch, I didn't watch the whole thing.
That's how I rolled croats on episode nine. I did
go and watch like the first twenty minutes of Rogue.

Speaker 1 (43:12):
One, and you're like, hell yeah, kill that tivit, kill him,
kill it for me?

Speaker 3 (43:17):
It sucks. He sucks.

Speaker 2 (43:20):
Barely even know this man, he sucks up.

Speaker 1 (43:25):
But Kevin, before we get into the full episodes, your
thoughts on just these three episodes, uh, and how they
tea up Rogue one, because obviously you just said you
watched the first twenty minutes of it. Is indoor the
best Star Wars thing we've gotten since Disney took over.

Speaker 3 (43:45):
That I feel. I've said this a lot of times.
I think that is subjective, is and or amazing? It
is and is and or one of the best things
Star Wars have done. Yes, it is, But to say
it is the greatest it is definitely depends on what
era you trying to watch in Star Wars.

Speaker 2 (43:59):
In well, let's say Disney's Disney takeover of Star Wars didn't.

Speaker 3 (44:03):
Think then I will say yes. I will say yes,
even though still The Force Awakens is really good.

Speaker 1 (44:07):
Dan Mandalorian happened after it well, and it is a
fun fact because every every episode was like getting nine
point eights on IMDb's in the Rotten Tomato, the top
Star Wars episode, Kevin of all time.

Speaker 2 (44:19):
What do you think that is? Actually?

Speaker 3 (44:21):
Is it clone Wars?

Speaker 2 (44:23):
No, it's season two of the Mandalorian when Luke Skywalker
shows up is the highest rated Star Wars TV episode.
You can't beat that. He can't beat that.

Speaker 3 (44:32):
You do about that's Luke Skywalker. But like I said
this because I have I have a few friends at
work who are a little a little younger than us,
and they were pulling their hair off how slow Star
Android was going. It's like, be patient, isn't.

Speaker 2 (44:51):
You build the rebellion?

Speaker 3 (44:53):
You know, exactly have to build a REBELLI you have
to actually build a reason for did you want to rebel? Gone?

Speaker 2 (44:57):
That's just those are evil?

Speaker 3 (44:59):
Get them, you know, That's that's what the real Tripley
did try said Luke. Hahn and Lea are good guys.
The Emperor going to say, carry Fisher, Like, I know,
we're like carries in there too, but they were back.
I need to go get them. Whereas you know and

(45:19):
or showed them killing a lot of people for no
reason other than to example on all they they need
to go down like the against You gave you the
reason that to destroy it.

Speaker 2 (45:28):
They made it worth it, as quoted by this show
many a time.

Speaker 3 (45:32):
Exactly so for this, for this, for Disney Area, I
will say it's probably is the greatest, maybe in engine
slightly ahead of A Force.

Speaker 2 (45:42):
Awakens Gavin controversy.

Speaker 3 (45:45):
You know, I will say, why Worker isn't great? The
hated for that movie is weird, like relaxed.

Speaker 1 (45:52):
I know we're on a side, and I talk about Android.
I do think if we Dave Felony into rises Skywalker,
which we have been with the Mandalorian, both with Dave Filoni,
even harder more Tony Gilroy. I guess now need to
write a Skywalker. We can make that chef's kiss as well.

Speaker 3 (46:09):
So maybe they get Tony you were in the office
and say what's the number?

Speaker 2 (46:13):
What's the number? Do whatever you want?

Speaker 1 (46:16):
All right, great, exactly, whatever Star Wars project do you want? Yeah,
I really enjoyed these three episodes.

Speaker 2 (46:22):
It was fun. Brother My brother has been watching.

Speaker 1 (46:24):
It like before I watch it, because he watches it
when it comes out and he was just like Oh.

Speaker 2 (46:29):
I was like, hell, yeah, dude, I'm excited to hell
to watch it.

Speaker 1 (46:32):
This is a fun fact. I will say it now
because it's at the end you have to watch through
the credits of the last episode because there is an
easter eg that. I was like, that's really cool because
where this hands that's where our Star Wars starts properly.

Speaker 3 (46:47):
Exactly literally right after that, like said, the day where
I have time, which never happened, I could watch all
was it eighteen.

Speaker 2 (46:56):
Episodes, twenty four episodes theyand or.

Speaker 3 (47:00):
And or two and a half hours of Rogue one
and two and a half hours of a New Hope.
It's gonna be a great day, be.

Speaker 2 (47:04):
A great one day sitting on the couch just watching that. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (47:08):
And I think these three episodes, like HAVEV said, perrectly
t up Rogue one. They literally maybe ten hours before
Rogue one starts is where this movie ends, which I
think was the coolest thing possible because the whole time
last week we're like, all right, but where's it gonna end,
where's it gonna set it up? Is it gonna connect everything?
And that last episode're like, oh the hell, like what

(47:28):
we're doing with Claya, what we're doing with Vell there
there's these extra characters we're not sure what they're doing
with doesn't matter, you know what they are in the
Star Wars universe. And it's cool because this show, the
best it did was flesh out the Rebellion. Really have
given you more people and the Rebellion besides, like you said,
the main three to root for. You know when you
see Admiral Raddits showing up like, hell yeah, Tamradits you

(47:50):
can you die like a punk in the movie.

Speaker 2 (47:53):
But you know that's okay.

Speaker 3 (47:54):
Maybe, Like one of the best parts of the other
show was I'm we'll go get into it a second,
but we credit goes I needed to be on Jeda
two hours ago, Like why did you go to Jeddak?

Speaker 1 (48:03):
When mon Mathma calls out, sag, I know you're on Jedi,
he goes, No, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (48:07):
We talked about it the phone call.

Speaker 3 (48:11):
I'll tell you what that's if I had one critique
of and I do kind of hope they either they
do a live action They're not because I don't know
if they have time to do it. Twin Girl will
stake around, but live action, I guess retelling of best
side of the Rebellion.

Speaker 2 (48:26):
Oh sauce side.

Speaker 3 (48:28):
The sauceide was a little bit more radical, you know
what I mean.

Speaker 2 (48:31):
We kind of saw a little bit in Rebels.

Speaker 1 (48:33):
I think Rebels did a really good I mean, Gilroy
did a good job of balancing Rebels happening and having
some of these tidbits like the mon Mathma Sagrea call
happens on that show. And it's a little different, but
like like it's fine, it's a cartoon, It's okay, but
it is very like how this show just weaved itself
beautifully into established lore we have and obviously established a

(48:55):
lot of things. But it wasn't like how Kenobi was
like here's the path. You gotta know the path. Here
we're gonna learn about the path in net like ten years.

Speaker 2 (49:03):
For Star Wars. This was here's everything you know and
then we're just gonna color it out a little bit exactly.

Speaker 3 (49:09):
But yeah, all in all, like and I know a
lot of the younger generations that found the show a
little bit slow, but man, it's what a grazy show.

Speaker 2 (49:17):
It's adult Star Wars. But let's talk about that. So specifically,
episode ten was called make It Stop was called it
started one year later b B.

Speaker 1 (49:25):
Why one battle before that'll be battle whatever, Battle of
Yoav but whatever before battle yout we find out Clea which.

Speaker 2 (49:33):
She was the MVP of these three episodes for sure. Uh.

Speaker 1 (49:36):
She gets a red alert message. Turns out Luthen has
to meet with Lonnie. They're meeting an open courtyard is
very spy movie set of We're gonna meet on a
bench in a park and do a lot of camera
cuts that reveal like who are you rooting for?

Speaker 2 (49:49):
Who's the good guy? Who's the bad guys?

Speaker 3 (49:51):
Really dope? Uh?

Speaker 1 (49:52):
Lonnie finds tells Luthand is putting together a team for
a courus On project, and he tells him that he's
been He tells Luthen that he's been burned. Apparently Lonnie
went into deed just private files and found something huge.

Speaker 2 (50:04):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (50:06):
Lannie asking if Luthen can get him out of here.
Luthan says, you know, there's fast and then there's good,
but there's no time to play games.

Speaker 2 (50:13):
Lonnie tells Luthan the Emperor's energy project is a lie.
We mentioned Jetta scare if in Crenic they've been building
a weapon and Luthan says, you know, we'll get you
up planet, We'll get you on y Oven.

Speaker 1 (50:25):
And the whole time like, wait, a second line might
flip this info because Luthen kind of just told him Javins.

Speaker 2 (50:31):
Where the base is with all the rebels.

Speaker 3 (50:33):
As soon as you said you and I was like, oh, man.

Speaker 1 (50:36):
Omega because we find out next scene it's a loft
cap boom Star Wars Rebels connection. There finds Lonnie shot
dead on the bench and Luthen stopped the problem.

Speaker 2 (50:45):
Like keV said before, it actually became a problem.

Speaker 3 (50:47):
Kind of like that scene in in Paradise. He was like,
tomorrow night, I'll tell you everything that's going over this place,
and then then maybe it to tomorrow night because it's
true leading one to play.

Speaker 2 (50:55):
We we get a lot of mentions with Galen Urso too,
which is great.

Speaker 1 (51:00):
I really love that we had these things. Have just
mentioned we didn't have to have the characters, but it was, hey,
they exists.

Speaker 2 (51:05):
We got to talk about Luthan does me with Clia Claiah.

Speaker 1 (51:09):
They agree that Luthan will destroy the comms in his
shop while she waits at the safe house. Dandri shows
up Luthan, we find out his last name is rail.
I don't know if we knew that before, but we
do now.

Speaker 2 (51:18):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (51:19):
And Ddress is any of the pieces fake? And Luthen
goes on only two pieces in my shop that are fake,
talking about himself in Dedre obviously.

Speaker 2 (51:27):
Which is great. Uh.

Speaker 1 (51:29):
We find out Dedre does have the proof on Luthen.
She has the Imperial StarPath unit, which was kind of
the first seasons mcguffin to get Cassie and recruited under
Luthen Dedre catam Luthan does say, you know, there's a
whole galaxy out there waiting and disgust you. But before
Dedre can arrest him, Luthen sacrifices himself stabs himself. Dedre
freaks out because the one piece of evidence.

Speaker 2 (51:50):
Has almost killed himself.

Speaker 3 (51:52):
That was a g move. But one question, It's not
just with this. This is a lot of shows like this.
What the edswer the door.

Speaker 2 (52:00):
Good got ten minutes We could have gone in that
ship easily.

Speaker 1 (52:05):
We find out part of Gas has been debriefing with
other ICB agents. Apparently Deirdre has gone rogue. But we
do see while they're getting Luthen too the hospital, we
find out that we.

Speaker 2 (52:19):
See two little pieces of relics.

Speaker 1 (52:23):
They look like the hand statues from Mortise, which is
really cool from Star Wars Rebels. The little world between worlds,
a little connecting piece there. I know we talked about
the Queen Almidala headsets for the past couple of weeks,
and we also see stormtroopers in without the helmets on.
They got the little Imperial hats one right, and it's like, oh,
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (52:40):
If I like this.

Speaker 1 (52:40):
It's weird looking helmet on trooper. We find out the
imps new break into Luthen ship. We see how it
was kind of cool. We did see what one of
those crates actually look like that they brought onto the
Millennium Falcon and a new hope to like look it
for bugs. This is kind of cool to see what's
actually in that crate.

Speaker 2 (52:58):
Flip.

Speaker 1 (52:58):
That's a Star Wars nerd thing. Paid attention to, that nose,
paid attention to.

Speaker 3 (53:02):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (53:03):
We see that the safe house really isn't a safe
house as much as it is.

Speaker 2 (53:07):
Clear is waiting.

Speaker 1 (53:08):
But we do get a Luthan origin flashback. We find
out Luthan at one point might have worked for the Empire.
Is kind of what I'm getting, was getting the vibes
of I was, yeah.

Speaker 2 (53:20):
Yeah, until he finds Claia hiding on his ship.

Speaker 3 (53:23):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (53:24):
Actually Luthan used to be Sergeant Lear, but when he
did find Cleia, they did start a life on their own,
kind of uh, selling off artifacts, moving from town to town,
eventually fighting for rebellion. We see at one point Cleia
sees citizens being shot down, which is wild. But we
cut the naboo and is Luthen and is it's got
it's niboo. Come on, that's you know that that planet

(53:44):
is Nebooh. Luthan asked Clay if she wants to blow
up this uh little army blockade.

Speaker 2 (53:50):
She doesn't.

Speaker 1 (53:51):
He does, he said, pretend when they move, move and
they move acting like they're part of the crowd. And
I was kind of a flashback of seeing him kind
of being a surrogate father.

Speaker 2 (53:59):
He even kind of killed Clea's parents. Do An agree?

Speaker 3 (54:04):
Well, you know, I guess sometimes you got I think
it possibility? Right, Well, she can't be an orphan, come on.

Speaker 1 (54:12):
But we see also that while Luthen's being set up
at the hospital, uh, Dedre does ast the entire floor
to be cleared. She doesn't want anyone messing with her,
but Clia doing her best. She's the MVP of these
three episodes. Snuck into the off Stuck sneaks into the
hospital herself, pretending to have a cast and pretending to
be uh a nurse or a doctor, and it hurts

(54:34):
the IP agent who's supposed to be in charge of Luthan,
and Axis shows up to actually arrest Ddre because she's
wrong the wrong people. Too many damn times, too many
damn times.

Speaker 3 (54:45):
This scene wasn't tense on two levels because you are
rooting for Deirdre Uh. I don't know if you're rooting
for Danger or not, but it would you kind of
see what happen to Dedre. And also Claia she's gonna
be able to get to Luthen. So this scene was tense.

Speaker 1 (54:57):
On too, but also was funny, but also was funny
at the same time because is Clia using an elderly
patient to go through the hospital. At one point she
actually Claiah is in an elevator with the ellerly patient.
The Miamo song is playing elevator theme in the in
the elevator and she was the escort out the way,

(55:18):
which is fun uh.

Speaker 2 (55:20):
Y, yes, it was great.

Speaker 1 (55:22):
Eventually, Uh, Luthen, We do have a good line of
Luthen telling Cleia in the flashback we fight to win.

Speaker 2 (55:28):
That means we lose until we rally. Uh.

Speaker 1 (55:31):
And as Clia is showing up on the floor shooting
a trooper, using everything to distract the Imps, the Imperials
from Luthan, she does go to Luthen's room, turns off
and detaches the life support from Luthan.

Speaker 2 (55:45):
To continue what he wanted.

Speaker 1 (55:46):
And Luthen, as we all thought, well, we thought he's
gonna live, he does not and dies with the rebellion he.

Speaker 3 (55:52):
Caused that that final shot of him showing you like, no,
he's gone. There's nothing else was happening. There's no magical
thing that's gonna save him. It's dead. Now let's move on.
But did you think she was trying to get him
out of there? Do you think hold on?

Speaker 2 (56:10):
I think she was gonna handle him.

Speaker 1 (56:11):
I think she didn't know how bad Luthen was until
you get there, like crap, I gotta, I gotta do
this because your liability if we get you out of
here more than anything.

Speaker 3 (56:20):
Because I felt like through those flashbacks, oh no, she
want to kill him. She's just coming to roll him
out and say he's going to my private practice like
they do on my medical shows. Nah. She like she's
going off him because because I remember that episode of Chuck,
I never forget everybody talks. She maybe he wanted to
said where you have rebel bass was? But he told
him something eventually.

Speaker 2 (56:42):
But then we cut to episode eleven. Who else knows this?

Speaker 1 (56:44):
Immediately after the hospital attack, Uh, Deirdre is held in
an i SB interrogation room that we assume it was
the same one Cyril was in in season one, and it's.

Speaker 2 (56:53):
Krenik who turns out the video feet of the.

Speaker 1 (56:55):
Room and he goes, who else knows? Count tell me
who booed? Who booed?

Speaker 2 (57:02):
He? What I have know you're talking about? That he knows?

Speaker 3 (57:06):
He knows. Uh.

Speaker 2 (57:07):
Kredik tells Diedre to tell him who knows about the
death Star? The name that he I don't know, whatever
the name. She should know what the name is, but
she does.

Speaker 1 (57:16):
We find out that Krenik asks about how Jung had
Ded's clearance is. He asked her about how she knew
about Galen Urso and the Jediphiles. Apparently Deirdre was in
her own time, trying to find proof on axis on
Luthen dug in the files she shouldn't have done dugged
into and that's what caused her downfall. Really starting in

(57:38):
this episode.

Speaker 3 (57:39):
Basically an obsession caused her downfall. She was obsessed with
Axes and that ends up to be being her undoing.

Speaker 1 (57:45):
It is it is we see at the same time,
hurt is uh looking through the security footage of the hospital.
She does find Clea and they put out in all
points bulletin on her paragats or part of gas sorry
does say, you know, say she has a disease, that
he will need to run away from her, that she
escaped from the hospital, which is just kind of a cool
thing because let's say he said so many people are

(58:05):
wanted in the damn Star Wars galaxy that it was different.

Speaker 3 (58:09):
Man at this point is a Hanstitle wanted.

Speaker 1 (58:11):
Technically that's true, he's always wanted, ye, but Kredik also
forgot this line. He tells Deirdre in the interrogation room,
if you're not a rebel spy, you missed your calling,
which was like, oh man, good line, and he does
do the weird like puts his finger on her head,
just like how he owns her. And we kind of
see with Star Wars really this level of hierarchy. You

(58:33):
got zero Deetra, Krenick, Tarken, Vader Palpatine in that little hierarchy.

Speaker 3 (58:38):
And the other guy too, the guy from Game of Thrones.

Speaker 1 (58:40):
Part of Guys, it would be Dedra and then yeah wow,
but then with.

Speaker 3 (58:46):
A creepy thing too when he left and he like,
she says, you gotta say something else, and.

Speaker 2 (58:50):
He like threw it to the ground, like, oh my gosh,
CNI scary's scary. All right, good for you, Ben Mandelson.

Speaker 1 (58:54):
But we find out Clea is in the safe house.
She finds a mini radio to get a message to
YAB and it's Willman who is survived with his lady
friend that has a transponder. Cassiing and K two are
bonding with Melchie, who's the guy who's the FM on
Scariff Uh, and we find out that Will breaks up
their little game telling you about the clear message. While

(59:15):
this is going on, we do get Torken and Palpatine
messages of part of Gas talking to Krenik. Both of
them say, you know, watch what are you doing? Becuz like,
if we fit both fail here, it ain't gonna be pretty,
and they both fail.

Speaker 2 (59:28):
We find out, and it wasn't pretty.

Speaker 1 (59:31):
But we see that Will and Cassian are waiting for
clear messages while K two does tell us there's a
band on radio messages because they want to protect Yavin.
Melchie does agree to go with Cassian and K two
two Yavin while they're about to get on their flight.
We see Draven's trying to stop them, but they still
leave it. This episode is really good to build that
Draven character too, who's in like Rogue one for like

(59:52):
five minutes.

Speaker 2 (59:53):
But look, yeah, you.

Speaker 1 (59:54):
Know exactly we find out, Uh, Deirdre does help her
to try to fact try to find Cleia. Eventually they
do track her down the apartment building uh that Melchie,
K two and casting have been also or where the
safe house is. Essentially, we find out Melchie's never been

(01:00:15):
to Corroussant, which was fun. But K two does say
he was in a parade once on the planet. But
just K two was good. He was really good, and
these three up like we.

Speaker 2 (01:00:22):
Didn't have him a lot this season we thought we
were gonna have, but he's good. Every scene was in and.

Speaker 3 (01:00:27):
I'm happy, like, like you got to see the relationship
between K two and Cassie and or Bill because we
got to get that one year later, so they spent
a solid couple of years ago before it is Rogue one.
I was happy about.

Speaker 1 (01:00:38):
We find out the ip have scrambled the apartment building
moments after casting and the crew arrive, but Cleia he
does eventually arrive to Clay's apartment uh where Cleia says it.

Speaker 2 (01:00:49):
Would be you, wouldn't it be the one who comes to the.

Speaker 1 (01:00:51):
Rescuer Clia debriss casting as he tries to convince her
to go to y'av and telling him all about Jetta
and Krannik and all this stuff. We hear in the
colms that they're as the Imperials are arriving eventually to
this the actual room.

Speaker 2 (01:01:07):
There's a request for a technical droid. Are you here
for us? Kat two also goes no and just slaps
a bitch off the little walkway.

Speaker 3 (01:01:15):
It was just backslapped and chokeslams for like the next
five minutes of this episode.

Speaker 1 (01:01:18):
Was great because we see the isb of a riot
on the same floor as Clea Clea and the crew
and that's where the episode ends and gets us episode twelve,
Jetta Kuyber or so.

Speaker 2 (01:01:31):
Whom was there?

Speaker 1 (01:01:32):
We find out just in the recap we see just
over recap of the whole series, and I put this
in my notes. B two hemos got pop up at
the end, right because they put them in the damn
Star Wars little iconography logo flashes every.

Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
Time he does spoiler. We see that Cleia and Cassing
are still going about talking about Yavin.

Speaker 1 (01:01:52):
Cassian says, you know, you need to help see the
place you and Luthen helped build, and eventually they're about
to run out the door. Mel she runs in the
troopers first, giving Cassie in time to set up with
Clea and like stop right there, and she runs back inside.
It was a really funny beat.

Speaker 2 (01:02:08):
The trio do gets stunned, but Melchi does hold the
troop troopers off until Kate two arrives in his own
Darth Vader scene and beats the ish out of all
them stormtroopers.

Speaker 3 (01:02:19):
But this one's vintage Stone could Boston doing the attitude
There were just around and then he literally grabbed her.

Speaker 2 (01:02:25):
As a human shield. That man has died instantly, He's like.

Speaker 3 (01:02:29):
Four five times. He just kept shut. It's like, what
do you do it?

Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
We see K two s says Cassie, and I've cleared
a path, which is that K two s O little
dry humor. They eventually get out, uh and they do
escape course on her on the road to Yavin and
Mac on Yavin. We see Man is talking to Saw
like we did mention. Bail is on Yavin too. Mon
talks to Saul about you know, we know you're on Jeddah.
He goes no, not turns up the thing. Mon is

(01:02:56):
rocking the bob haircut, which is great for Jenny v Riley. Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:03:00):
Like I said, we see Admiral raditts uh and uh
Mon does till till Bail after they've had their meeting.
You know, this makes the Senate look easy, doesn't it.

Speaker 2 (01:03:10):
Which is really funny.

Speaker 1 (01:03:11):
The Senate's dissolved, right uh two degree, I think because
I don't really know as much of like does it
dissolve it is? It is it sort of the war
lords or whatever. But we do see Draven does get
an alert and I think it was the same messenger
guy that runs him in rogue one of like we
got a signal from scaiff. He goes comy self soldier,

(01:03:36):
but we see that General Merrick is mentioned. He's the
leader of Blue Squadron who was in Rogue one as well.
And it is casting and the crew are raving back
on Jav and K two's saying, you know, I plan
to tell that I was kidnapped, and then waves to
the little escort of action things, which was fun. Draven
does allow casting and the crew on the base we're
casting debris with the council uh, talking about Luthen dying.

(01:03:59):
How we see if Clay and he does mention Gorman
Jedda Galen urso. But those two damn annoying senators from
Rogue on they neg Cassian again like do you two
or the downfall of the empire. Almost it's just oh gosh,
thank thank God for the force and Luke.

Speaker 2 (01:04:19):
Thank God from on Mathma you know.

Speaker 3 (01:04:21):
Too, because them too, the first trilogy would have been
a six G.

Speaker 2 (01:04:27):
It would have been.

Speaker 3 (01:04:28):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:04:28):
The senators in bail don't believe casting and can fine him,
but he is allowed to visit Cleaya, which is great.
We find out that a message that Draven gets is
that Tivik Castian's contact on Kaffrine, his informant on Saw
is trying to send a messages. He says, Castiings, the
only person he talks to Tivik is that guy in
the sling. The rings of caffeine is what opens up

(01:04:49):
rogue one, so it is the guy who tells Casting everything.
Cassi goes, we have to climb. He says, I can't
my arm, and then Cassian shoots him.

Speaker 3 (01:04:58):
It's okay, It's okay, Calm down, come down.

Speaker 2 (01:05:01):
Did we see Vell is alive?

Speaker 1 (01:05:04):
She and Mond do debrief about Luthen and Cassian man
asked Vell to help her believe Cassiing and spy on him.
We do get the line again of that Luthen made
it worth it, which has been a big line of
this kind of back six episodes.

Speaker 2 (01:05:20):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:05:20):
And we see that Vell and Cassian do have a
toast with one another as Vel's trying to get info
from Cassian, toasting to Gorm Nemic Terraman, Sinta, the Gorman's Ferrix,
Castiing's mom, which is all pretty much season one through
season two everything they've been together, which was kind of cool,
kind of ending that that episode chain. We do get
a nemic callback, you know, he had the manifesto that

(01:05:43):
freedom is a pure idea, and we then kind of transition.
We think they're listening to it, but it's actually part
of Gas that is listening to it in the ISB office,
uh saying you know, it's been hard to contain the
rebellion because you know, part of Gas even knows we're
such a big organization of the Empire that the cracks
are going and they are.

Speaker 3 (01:06:02):
Like sin a tyranny takes effort and you can't stop
and so eventually they'll be cracks. I'm like, whoa does
speak right? Like it?

Speaker 1 (01:06:10):
Part of Guys is being summoned, probably for his failures.
He says, can I get a moment? And shoots himself.
It was a Han Solo type looking blaster, So that
that's kind of cool.

Speaker 2 (01:06:18):
I would agree at least.

Speaker 3 (01:06:19):
But but but like the deep part was he actually
had a guy can get a moment? He walks out
and there's two right there, and he hit a pal
and just like go all right in and he's like, nah,
it's over.

Speaker 1 (01:06:31):
And then I thought, you know it is the empire. Note,
you know, you know what your fate is. You know
it's it's gonna be bad. So take it in your
own hands, have your own freedom. Exactly bell it is.
I think Bella is leaving for the night from Cassian's place.
He tells Cassian and reconnect with Picks because she's safe.

Speaker 2 (01:06:48):
Cassie says she won't be safe with me. Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:06:51):
We find out maybe there's another reason she might have
left Cassian as well, And is where Velle finds Clea
walking in the rain. They debriefing Bell's hut. Bell tells Cleia,
you know she's now here with friends and safe. This
is where we see Melchie and K two have been
released by Draven, who tells Cassie to meet with Tivic tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (01:07:07):
So literally we're like, oh, one starts.

Speaker 1 (01:07:09):
Tomorrow as this episode happening, and we cut to Castian's
dreaming about his sister, so that never got resolved because
that's the dream he has, and we do see that.
Bail does the next morning meet with Cassie and to
give him the go ahead to meet with Tivik. Bail says,
if he dies fighting the Empire, he wants Bailigana.

Speaker 2 (01:07:28):
Says he wants to go down swinging and like, E, no,
you didn't. You just are on your planet. But it
is coming. That is true. That is true.

Speaker 1 (01:07:36):
That is true, but it is You could see the
ramification just of Obi Wan on Bail and the Jedi.
He does say, may the force be with the Captain
of castiing, and that kind of becomes, you know, the
rebel mantra to a degree.

Speaker 2 (01:07:47):
Everyone's saying it, Well, this is going on.

Speaker 1 (01:07:50):
We kind of get a lot of short scenes as
the episode is kind of coming to an end and
the show is as well. Is Melchie and his squad
from Scare of going on a run and it's that
reptile guy named pass Wow, Like, hell, yeah, look at him.

Speaker 2 (01:08:02):
Keep showing up on this too.

Speaker 3 (01:08:03):
Hell, go ahead and watch movie next because you are
your friends will be here.

Speaker 2 (01:08:07):
You know you want to watch it because they'll be there. Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:08:10):
Powell has the longest day in Star Wars and I
don't want to read it because I won't be able
to pronounce it.

Speaker 2 (01:08:15):
That's okay, But.

Speaker 3 (01:08:16):
We do see that.

Speaker 2 (01:08:17):
We get a lot of cuts with characters like, well,
what's happening? Where are they at? We cut to Mon's
husband who has a new wife on Coruissant, who's drunk,
and it actually is a pause and you think about it.
It's Skulden's wife aka the guy he married his daughter
to mother in law I guess or whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:08:36):
Yeah, weird, like that didn't take long and I'm like, oh,
that's probably why. Yeah, oh god.

Speaker 1 (01:08:43):
We also see that Dedrah is in the One Way
Out prison or something along the line. She's were in
the same prisoner in uniform. It is the lights go out,
she can't leave it like hell yeah, And you feel
sad and tragic for this character because she was born
in an environment like this and she's gonna die in
an environment like this and not even that like.

Speaker 3 (01:09:01):
She reached like she reached a peak that you can get.
She was on the ISSB board, she was in making
decisions and now she's in jail.

Speaker 2 (01:09:08):
Like when the lights went out, he's not a crying.
I was like, I feel bad for you, but really
it is Uh. Then we see Cassian is approaching his
ewing ship.

Speaker 1 (01:09:16):
He does get a nod from the Force Heeler we
saw a couple episodes ago and we cut the saw
overlooking Jetta.

Speaker 2 (01:09:23):
You're like, there, we go love that.

Speaker 1 (01:09:25):
We see Krenick overseeing the Death Star. We see Kate,
Cassian and k two taking off on their ew wing,
and that's where we think the episode ends, but not
exactly Kevin, because we cut to Mina Raw aka that
wheat planet from the beginning of the season.

Speaker 2 (01:09:43):
The Kansas Planet, the Kansas Planet, and it's b two Emo.
He's back Bene. He's playing with a thread on the
planet and we see we see Bix the back of Bicks.

Speaker 1 (01:09:53):
She's holding something as she's walking off into the wheat fields.

Speaker 2 (01:09:57):
Looking off into the sunset. Turns out she had a kid,
and he realized Cassie never knew he had a kid, and.

Speaker 1 (01:10:04):
That's why she left so that Cassie could keep doing
the rebellion.

Speaker 3 (01:10:09):
Man, it's heartbreaking and it's even Sadurday think about it,
because he basically had a rebound and Rogue one even
though only lasted like twenty seconds, but still he had
a rebound and it kind of moved on without her. Mentally,
it's kind of sad.

Speaker 2 (01:10:22):
It was sad. It's sad, and it makes you.

Speaker 1 (01:10:24):
My favorite treat was makes you rethink Rogue of Oh
Him and dinner just definitely friends.

Speaker 2 (01:10:29):
I'm a big supporter over here. They're just friends now.

Speaker 3 (01:10:34):
When the credits rolled, I was convinced that baby is Pod.

Speaker 2 (01:10:39):
It's not Pod. It is right now, its own baby.
We'll see what happens.

Speaker 3 (01:10:44):
Paul Damon was born two years after the Battle of Yaba.
He wasn't born before the Battle of the Battle of Yavi.

Speaker 1 (01:10:49):
But my thing is, I think if we do get
fleshed out more Mandalorian Ahsoka Rebel or Rebellion resistance shows,
that's where cassieing j and Or Junior.

Speaker 3 (01:11:01):
Could pop up. So how hard would you pop if
when Mandalorian next year and somebody saves Gorogu and Mando
what's your name? They call me and Or.

Speaker 2 (01:11:13):
Mandalorian, No and Or. But it's a fun fact.

Speaker 1 (01:11:18):
Tony Gilroy did do the finishing touches on Rogue One,
So Rogue one kind of really is the true series finale. So,
like keV said, yeah, I'm probably gonna do this weekend
watch that and just kind of new lenses on this movie.
And I think you'll appreciate a lot more of just
connecting pieces of transitioning from and or into a new hope.

Speaker 3 (01:11:38):
I can't wait to hear it. Lyne care about the choke.

Speaker 1 (01:11:44):
U, But yeah, I love this show. Uh, it was
such a good time and I think really. You know,
we talked about the end of season one like we'll
deliver the goods. It delivered the goods and then some
season two.

Speaker 3 (01:11:55):
And and honestly, even though we still had the force
in this show, it was it's still cool to see
a show with no basically no force shoses at all.
But it's still got to point across at the forces
controlling everything with the one lady they wont healer because
basically she ain't there. There's no rebellion.

Speaker 2 (01:12:14):
Well, no, here's the thing, Lonnie didn't give out the NFL.
There's no rebellion. So that's the thing that this show
did such a good job of. These minor moves, these
minor steps, these minor characters is what really made the
rebellion succeed. Is what made Luke blow up the death
Star so.

Speaker 3 (01:12:29):
Exactly, because all this is leading leading to the most
think get out of here, kid, All this is leading
leading to all of that.

Speaker 1 (01:12:35):
Basically, they're so good, so good, But let us know
your thoughts on the indoor. Uh, we'll probably watch Rogue
this weekend and probably talk about Rogue on Monday.

Speaker 2 (01:12:44):
Most likely it's okay, Roague.

Speaker 1 (01:12:47):
Run re review coming to Monday ten years later, does
it still hold up?

Speaker 2 (01:12:50):
