the things we've been doing. We know, shows and movies
we've been watching, games, we've been playing, lives we've been
living because of this Monday, Kevin gets to go first,

wearing a T shirt inspired by the thing he probably
watched this weekend.

Before I get to my weekend that this early this
week I actually did watch We Can See It is
power Line. I watched the Goofly movie documentary on Disney
Plus not just a just a goof and actually maybe
maybe a little bit.

Actually now, was this documentary more a kin to like,
because Dizzey does do pretty good documentaries, I like the
rides and stuff. Is there more like that type of
documentary or like behind the scenes It's more like the
imagineering one.

I think is done by the same production coming that
it does. The toy Ones on Netflix, still waiting for
season four.

It's supposed to be come back. There was a panel
Thatt Awesome Cars teasing it, so I don't know what
it's coming, but it's being mritten geez.

But anyway, this was more it was more a little
more serious that serious, but more like reflective in tone
and showed the guys and they made the movie. The
main director was like that was like his first movie
he actually did with his director, and just about how
it all came together and basically how it was not
really expected to perform. It's kind of like, this is

a movie that do because at the same time they
were deniping this movie and Lion King, so obviously you
know where all the the eyes and ears of this
when it was going to the Lion King. And obviously
Lion King is one of the best, it's not the
best everything that he's ever done. This is kind of
like the other the other thing they were doing. It
was a step child, like they took animation studios from them.

They kept shoving them in different offices because they were
doing other things besides this little goofy movie. And even
when it was released, they thought it was only I
think it made like fifty maybe thirty mil, or like
a five mil budget or something like that. I'm not
bad for back then, but it didn't get it didn't
get the the appeal that everybody wanted to say, leaving

the Lion King, leaving a Laddin. Everybody was just like,
you know, I'm a Laddin, I'm a similar And they
really didn't know that people loved this movie until d
twenty three, like ten years ago, and that's when everybody
realized how deep it disconnected with a certain part of
of a generation, which is I think me because like

I said, I'm a little I'm older than Hoodie.

And the late eighties, very early nineties babies.

Yeah, So we were talking. It was like, it's funny
because even though we were both you know, around when
he came out, I was probably more I think who
he made. It just started talking. I was having full conversations.
I'll say it like that. And this movie hit me
right where I needed needed to hit me back then.
And then I'm watching it now as a father and

then as a son who lost his father. It hits
me even a different way now. So it's like, this
is like one of my favorite movies to watch. Lee
will not watch it with me.

a really good documentary. I recommend it. I still also
recommend watching Me the satire one on Atlanta, which.

It might have also this weekend, I what else did
I watch? I watched something else? What was it? Do
what it was. Oh, we watched season finally have a
pit really and really good, really really good. I'm happy
that it's just it was just like a shift ending

Yeah, so supposedly the show is coming back next year.
It's gonna pick up like right as the nice the

this damn hospital exactly. I got one day. This could
be seven seasons of a week, like you said. But
it was really really good.

A lot of things that make to make you think
about you know, there's a story line with a child
who he's a procedure. The dad wants it with the
mom that doesn't want it, and I looked at least it.

I was like, if you ever, if we ever come

would guess watching that kind of show back to back

Well so the main thing is, so I won't get
to me in a little bit. But I was hanging
out with the SkELL all the Skelley siblings this weekend,
and they all watched it more than I haven't watched it, Bailey,
because Moore doesn't like I guess surgery very bloody like medicals,
you know. Yeah, so do you think you just have
her turnaray while those going on and stuff or it
is a me show?

Yeah, I would say it's gotta be a website or
block somewhere and tells you about all the gordy.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
Blood Bloody Disgusted would be the perfect website to have it.
But it's a different type of like.

I say, it's graphic, but not in like a you know,
a sexual will nudy way, but like you know, people
get shot and they show you the wound like they
don't have it at all, not even a little bit.
But it's it's still a really good show, and it
gets kind of a peak at the medical process in
emergency room because we go to emergency rooms and just

like the real stuff, like real real stuff.

So the other thing is Brian Cranston's daughter is in it,
and then the daughter of I don't know if you
know this who The other famous daughter is the daughter
of Brad Dorf Chucky, the voice of Chucky's daughter is
in it as well. Really yeah, and I know I
talked about last Halloween more and I got really in
the Chucky show. I didn't know she was in this.

I'm like, good for her, you know, she went from
that to this. She's good.

There are a lot of actually strong female characters in
this show. Most of them are either nurses or doctors. Okay, Bragurns,
she was. She had a really good storyline in this,
actually really really really good. Then like there's a one
part where there's a doctor who after this really big
event in the show. I don't want to spoil it,

she's like on like an adrenaline high, and everybody helped somebody else.
They're like, listen, go home, you just went a twelve
hour shift, plus this really big thing happened. Go home,
and now I want to keep helping. But she's like, no,
you want adrenaline high. You're going to crash soon.

might beasy. She's the daughter of Brad Dorf who's Chucky.

getting ready for Hardyman and their birthday. So go on
a trip, so it'll be fun. We found out the
Charlotte County Fair will be happening all the way down there. Cool,
so we're excited. Hopefully we can uber or lyft or
find out what type of city Charlotte is at uber
or lyft city. Uh, to get there, but excited for that. Obviously,
we were planning some things this weekend for that. We

just come in to the Virginia State Fair. Me neither.
That's an odd thing because Virginia State Fair. There's like
three of them. Technically, there's like a Northern Virginia State
Fair or the actual state Fair, and then Hampton Road
State Fair. So it's not really all the same thing.

Okay, because the mental State Fair is whatever, But I
hear those down south, the state fairs are serious things.

Yeah, so we'll see. I'm excited to try some an
elephant ear. Haven't had an elephant ear forever, you know,
So we get one of those, it's gonna get some things.

Yeah, Yeah, freed Orioles, Fried Batter just front deep Fried

top of that, we're in season two of The Crown
right now, and it's still fascinated both of us. I
think for me it's because we've studied abroad London in college,

weren't wasn't really paying attention to in college. I'm like, oh,
I know those things now because I was at the
museum that day for.

the Crown, And I know I'm like years late on
this show, but that's okay. That's what streamings for. It's

nineteen fifty seven, and so like you're kind of like
you don't know about these things because you only learn

what you're taught in history class. You don't know about
Britain politics and all that stuff too, So it's interesting
just to compare what went down and now this show
is a little bit fictitional to what's what happened now
with you know, Harry and Meghan and all the stuff
that's going on right now with the monarchy and the crown.

My wife watched her show the other morning. I was like, Wow,
we have this one. I don't want to watch this.

He well, Kevin, she's got to watch her shows whenever
you're asleep, so still like, she's getna shows it. And
then on top of that, I did start Black Mirror
season seven today and whoof that first episode of this
season is a gut wrencher I will tell you that
right now.

And my wife watching this also, I'm not a big
Black Mirror person because it's just sometimes it hits too
close to home for me.

This one, probably the first one, probably will a lot
if you are married or in a relationship, you will

this non spoiler because what was in the description of
the episode for I watched it. It's Rashida Jones and
is married to a guy for it's he's in a
he's a bridesmaid. He's like the main guid in Bridesmaids.
They're married and they're a great couple. They're Celeberry anniversary.
Finds out she has a tumor. They replace the tumor

with a digital like chip essentially, And but the thing
is it's on a service plant. So it's like a Netflix,
so like you have the basic, the premium over the
plus any coly goes certain coverage areas all this stuff,
and it's obviously pricing models, and it's just like, oh,
this is too close to home. But then they hit
you with the second episode, which is a little bit

more fantastical, which is this lady has somehow opted quantum
mechanics into a magic necklace where she can manipulate the
world around to her so that everyone thinks her coworkers
lied even though she's not that interesting.

it's technically a sequel to an earlier, earlier season of
Black Mirror. But I guess the technology is advanced. And

it's weird how like Black mir like has its in
universe things because like in the first episode they talk
about this like food company. In a second episode it
takes place at that food company. You're like, well, I was.

Just so happy to find out that thing wasn't real.

It's fake. And I think if you would see, like
a lot of people are like, what the hell is this?
I was like, well, if you saw the trailer, you
would know what that is. So that's on you for

Hell yeah, you know, and a little bit of genw
